Paneer Makhani Ingredients:

Paneer Makhani Recipe

  • 250 gms Paneer How to make paneer
  • 200 gms Fresh Cream
  • 200 gms Tomato Puree
  • 2-3 tblsp Butter
  • 2 tblsp Fenugreek leaves (dried kasuri methi)
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Makhani

  • Melt the butter in a pan, add slit green chillies, tomato puree, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the cream and garam masala powder and cook further for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the paneer pieces and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Paneer Matar Ingredients

Paneer Matar Recipe

  • 450gms /1lb shelled Mutter (green peas)
  • 250gms / 1/2lb Paneer How to make paneer
  • 2 medium onions (chopped)
  • 6 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 250gms / 1/2 lb tomatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1cup curd / plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ghee / vegetable oil
  • To Garnish :
  • Garam masala powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Paneer Matar

  • Make a paste by grinding together half the onions, the garlic and coriander seeds.
  • Heat the ghee in a frying pan and cut the paneer into 2.5-cm/1-inch cubes. Fry the paneer to a light brown and remove to drain on a plate.
  • Add the remaining onion and the ginger to the ghee / oil in a pan and add the bay leaves and fry until the onion is golden brown.
  • Add the turmeric and the paste mixture and fry until the ghee starts to separate.
  • Add the paneer and mutter (peas) along with the yogurt, chili, tomato and salt. Stir for 5-6 minutes over low heat.
  • Pour in the water and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Serve the matar paneer sprinkled with garam masala and coriander.

Paneer Tikka Masala Ingredients:

Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

  • 250 gm cottage cheese (paneer) How to make paneer
  • 100 gm curd (dahi)
  • 2 onion (pyaj)
  • 2 tomato (tamatar)
  • 1 tsp ginger (adrak), garlic (lahsun) paste
  • 2 green chilly (hari mirch) paste
  • 50 gm cashew nut (kaju) paste
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp chana masala
  • salt to taste

How to make paneer tikka masala:

  • Cut round slices of tamatar and pyaj and keep them aside.
  • Cut paneer in cubes.
  • Mix tandoori,chat and chana masala along with half of the ginger garlic paste with dahi.
  • Now add paneer cubes and mix well.
  • Fix paneer cubes in a toothpick and put tomato and onion slices around paneer.
  • Then cook them in a preheated oven and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put ginger garlic paste and green chilly in it.
  • Cook for 5 minutes. Thereafter, add finely chopped onion and fry.
  • Add finely chopped tomato and cook until oil floats on the surface.
  • Then add kaju paste and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Then add all the spices and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Lastly add paneer cooked in oven and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Paneer Korma Ingredients

Paneer Korma Recipe

  • 200 gm Fresh paneer
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 Medium tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Magaj
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 4-5 Black pepper
  • 3-4 Cloves
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • 8-10 tbsp Vegetable oil

How to make Paneer Korma:

  • Heat oil in a pan for about 1- 2 minutes.
  • Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry on medium heat till slightly brown. Turn pieces while frying.
  • Keep the paneer cubes aside.
  • Next fry cloves and black pepper in the remaining oil. Add finely chopped onion, coconut powder, paste of poppy seeds and magaj to it. Continuously fry till the mixture starts separating from oil.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and fry it for approximately 1-2 minutes more.
  • Add finely chopped tomato to it. Cook it till the mixture thickens.
  • Then add some water to make thick gravy.
  • Bring the gravy to boil and then cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add paneer pieces and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with cream and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Paneer Korma is ready.

Kadhai Paneer Ingredients:Kadhai Paneer Recipe

  • 800 gms paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2-3 onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds, roasted & pounded
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup green, yellow & red capsicums, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • A pinch of each mace powder, clove powder, black cumin powder & fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp ghee or butter

How to make Kadhai Paneer

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onions and saute until brown.
  • Aginger-garlic paste and stir-fry till the moisture evaporates.
  • Also add red chili powder, coriander seeds, black pepper powder, turmeric and stir-fry until they change color.
  • Then add tomato puree, salt, paneer cubes, capsicum and fry until the paneer is light brown.
  • Sprinkle the cumin, cardamom, mace, clove, black cumin powders, fenugreek seeds and cook until the paneer is cooked. Remove and adjust the seasoning.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with parathas or any pulao.
