Red Yihup Flower Radish Carving

Material:

  • Three small radishes

Equipments

  • Carving knife

Directions

  • Wash the radishes.
  • With the tip of the knife, make cuts through the skin, dividing the radish into six petals.
  • Cut under the skin to separate the petals from the radish flesh.
  • Trim the flesh to round it and then cut shallow grooves to give the appearance of inner petals.
  • With the tip of the knife, cut a curved, pointed flap in the middle of each of the outer petals.
