- 1 packet cream
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk
- 6 pineapple slices
- 6 cherries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
How to make Up Side down Pineapple Pudding
- In a blender, add 6 beaten eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet cream, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup caster sugar and 1 cup milk and blend.
- Make caramel of ½ cup sugar and spread on a cake mould. Place 6 pineapple slices on it and allow to cool.
- Then pour blended mixture on top and bake in a pre heated oven at 150 c.
- Take out of the oven and place on a dish upside down. Garnish with cherries.
Up Side down Pineapple Pudding is ready to serve.
