Lal Chutni – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

    12 large red chilies

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1 cup tamarind thick paste
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp slightly cooked cumin seeds

How to make Lal Chutni

  • Soak 12 red chilies overnight. In a blender, add soaked chilies, 1 bulb of garlic, ½ cup tomato ketchup, 1 cup tamarind juice, 1 tbsp jiggery, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp slightly cooked cumin seeds and blend well.
  • Tempting Lal chutni is ready.
