½ kg potatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- Oil for frying
How to make Kurly Fries
- Peel off the skin of ½ kg potatoes and cut into two pieces.
- Cut into thin slices with a curly cutter and mix with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp rice flour. Put aside for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry in pre heated oil on medium flame.
Tempting Curly Fries are ready.
