Chicken Daal Kebab – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

    Chicken Daal Kebab

    ½ kg boneless chicken

  • 1 cup boiled gram lentils
  • ½ bunch of mint leaves
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp crushed red chilies
  • Oil for frying

How to make Chicken Daal Kebab

  • Chop ½ kg boneless chicken into small pieces. In a cooking pot, add chicken with a glass of water, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp hot spices powder and allow cooking on low flame for 20 minutes. Increase the flame to evaporate excess water and turn off the flame. In a chopper, chop together chicken and a boiled potato. Then mix with 2 beaten eggs, ½ bunch mint, 6 green chilies, 2 onions and 1 tbsp sliced ginger. Form the mixture into shape of kebabs and fry in oil as required. Delicious Chicken Daal Kebab is ready to serve.
