  • 1 cup thinly sliced leek

  • 3 cups hot prepared short-grain rice
  • Iceberg lettuce wedges (optional)
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Chopped green onions (optionally available)

How to make Thai-Style Ground Beef

  • Heat a large skillet more than medium-high heat.
