Chicken Handi Lazeez Recipe
Chicken Handi Lazeez Ingredients:

800 grams of Chicken Thighs (boneless)
- 1/3 cup of Onion (sliced)
- 1-inch piece of Cinnamon Stick (Dal Cheeni)
- 4 Cardamom Pods (Choti Ilaichi)
- 10 Cloves (Loung)
- A pinch of Saffron (Zaafran)
- 2 tbsp. Garlic Pods (Lehsan) (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp. Yellow Chilli Powder
- 4 tsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)
- 4 tsp. Ginger Paste (Pisi Adrak)
- 2 cups of Chicken Stock
- 5 tbsp. of Refined Oil
How to make Chicken Handi Lazeez
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Soak saffron in a little water in a spoon for 10 minutes. Crush and keep aside. Heat oil in a saucepan and add chopped garlic. Sauté till brown. Add the onions and sauté till light brown. Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms and sauté till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic pastes, chicken, salt and yellow chilli powder. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Cover and simmer till chicken is tender. Remove from fire. Take out the chicken pieces from the gravy. Strain the gravy into another pot through a soup strainer. Cook the gravy till reduced to a sauce-like consistency. Add the chicken pieces and cook for a minute.
- Stir in the prepared saffron and serve hot with bread of your choice.
- Chicken Handi Lazeez is ready to serve.

Masaledar Spicy Chicken Ingredients

1/2 kg chicken cut into med.piece
- 2tsp curd(yourgut)
- 1tsp chilly. powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
make a paste
- 5 casewnuts
- 4-5tsp fresh milk
- roast POWDER,in 1/2tsp oil
- 1 cinnamon
- 8 curry leaves
- 2 cloves
- onion 2-chopped
- 1 tomato-chopped
- 1 tsp ginger.garlic
- 1 tsp coriender powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- coriender leaf-garnish
How to make Masaledar Spicy Chicken
- Heat 11/2 tsp oil and cook the marinated chicken fr 5min.keep aside
- Heat the oil add onions,saute it for few sec,then add ginger.garlic paste,saute it,then add coriender,cumin,pepper powders,and fry well
- Then add,tomato&cook it well & cool it&grind into MASALA PASTE
- Add the MASALA PASTE to the chickens and add casewnut
paste,cinnamon powders…. - combine well,adjust the salt&cook till chickens become soft…
- garnish with coriender leaf
- Serve it hot with roti or rice.

- Chicken stock ½ litre/2 cups
- Cinnamon 1” stick
- Cloves 10
- Garlic paste 20 grams/4 teaspoon
- Garlic chopped 30 grams/2 tbs
- Ginger paste 20 grams/4 teaspoon
- Onions, sliced 90 grams/ 1/3 cup
- Refined oil 75 milliliter/5 tbs
- Saffron 1 grams/ a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Yellow chili powder 2.5 grams/ ½ teaspoon
How to make Chicken Lazeez Handi

Chatpati Chana Dal Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chana dal
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Onion ,chopped
- Oil half cup
- Lemon juice 2 lemons
For Garnishing:
- 2 green chilies,
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves,chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion rings
- 2 lemon,slices
Method:
- Soak the dal for 2-3 hrs.
- Chopped the onion and fry in hot oil, till pinkish in colour, then add cumin and fry .
- Now add chana dal ,salt, red chilli powder and add water to cover.
- Let it cook on medium fire first and then on slow fire till the water is dry.
- Add lemon juice .
- Garnish with green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon slices and onion rings.
- Chatpati Chana Dal is ready to serve.
