Butter Cream Chicken Roll – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients
- A slice of bread
- 1 packet mozzarella cheese
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 50 grams butter
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- Tooth picks as required
How to make Butter Cream Chicken Roll
- Chop ½ kg chicken into small pieces. Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp garlic paste to chicken pieces and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Then cook it in a covered cooking pot on low flame until chicken is tender.
- Now increase the flame to evaporate excess water. Cut bread slices length wise and slightly roll with a rolling pin.
- Spread some butter, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on it.
- Then spread grated mozzarella cheese and chicken.
- Roll the bread slice and insert a toothpick to keep it together.
- Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake in a pre heated oven at 200 c for 10 minutes.

Bhuni Daal Lobia – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

250 grams boiled beans
- 250 grams yogurt
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 green chilies
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup mint leaves
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp hot spices powder
- ½ tsp salt
How to make Bhuni Daal Lobia
- In a pan, heat ½ cup oil and fry a chopped onion.
- Then add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp hot spices powder and ½ tsp salt and stir well.
- Then add 250 grams boiled kidney beans to it and allow simmering for 10 minutes. Beat 250 grams yogurt and pour in a serving dish.
- Add 4 green chilies and a cup of mint leaves on top of it.
- Fry 4 cloves of garlic and 2 tsp cumin seeds to prepare tarka and apply.

Fried Potato Slices – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

½ kg potatoes
- 6 green chilies
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
How to make Fried Potato Slices
- Wash ½ kg potatoes and peel off its skin. Chop into round pieces.
- Now take a pan and heat ½ cup oil in i. sauté 1 tsp crushed garlic in it.
- When garlic is fragrant, add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder. Then add chopped potatoes and allow to cook for half an hour.
- When potatoes are tender, add 6 green chilies, ½ bunch fresh coriander, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chaat masala and mix briefly.

Turn off the flame and serve delicious Fried Potato Slices.
Teenday ki Sabzi – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

½ kg teenday
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 6 green chilies
- 6 curry leaves
- ½ bunch coriander
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp fenugreek
How to make Teenday ki Sabzi
- Wash ½ kg teenday and chop into small pieces.
- In a cooking pot, add a glass of water and teenday and allow to cook on low flame.
- In another cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and sauté 2 chopped onions until they are transparent.
- Then add 250 grams tomatoes. Also add 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 2 tbsp fenugreek, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt and 6 curry leaves.
- Allow simmering on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Add ½ bunch coriander and 6 green chilies in the end and turn off the flame.

Murgh Lasani – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg boneless chicken
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 10 small green chilies
- 50 grams butter
- ½ cup tomato ketchup
- ½ up yogurt
- 1 tsp crushed red chilies
- 1 tbsp green chili paste
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp black seeds
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ½ salt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
How to make Murgh Lasani
- Firstly, wash ½ kg boneless chicken properly and slice them in 3 inch long pieces.
- Coat chicken pieces with ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cardamoms, ½ tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp green chili paste and 1 tbsp crushed garlic.
- In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil to fry chicken pieces on low flame until its water evaporates.
- Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup tomato ketchup and 4 tbsp lemon juice in it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes. Then take it out in a serving platter.
- Now in a frying pan, heat 50 grams butter to fry 6 cloves garlic and 10 chopped small green chilies and add chicken in it.
