Pomfret — 4, every Four hundred and fifty gms
- Ajwain seeds — 2 teaspoon
- Cream – Three tbsp
- Cumin powder – 2 tsp
- Garlic paste — Four teaspoon
- Ginger paste – Four tsp
- Gram flour — 4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Oil with regard to brushing
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Salt in order to taste
- Turmeric powder — One teaspoon
- White pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt – 1/4 cup
How to make Tandoori Pomfret
- Cleanse the seafood completely and make deep knife cuts on both attributes so it can absord the actual gravy.
