Recipes for Super Veggie Sandwich
One and a half thin-style roll or bagel
- One tbsp pesto (or more, as desired)
- One and a halfslice fresh mozzarella
- One and a halfslice fresh tomato (or more to cover the cheese inside a single layer)
- 1/4 mug fresh baby spinach
- One and a halfslice steamed or roasted beet (or even more in order to cover the spinach inside a single layer)
- 1/4 mug alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thick pieces
How to make Super Veggie Sandwich
- Lay the 2 halves from the roll or bagel. Spread the inner side of every along with pesto.
- Layer the mozzarella, tomato, spinach, beet, alfalfa sprouts as well as bell pepper, covering using the other half of the roll.
- Serve immediately.
