  • 250 grams green gram

    Moong ki Daal ki Mithai

  • 250 grams sugar
  • A pinch of yellow color
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • 1 cup dried milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp sliced pistachios
  • Silver paper as required

How to make Moong ki Daal ki Mithai

  • Firstly, soak 250 grams green gram for an hour.
  • Slightly boil and chop it in a chopper. In a pan, heat 1 cup clarified butter cook chopped gram on medium flame.
  • Cook 250 grams sugar in ½ cup water and from thick syrup.
  • Then add it to lentils and cook on low flame until water dries up.
  • Now add ½ tsp vanilla essence, a pinch f yellow color, ½ tsp cardamom powder and 1 cup milk powder and mix.
  • Grease a tray and spread the mixture on it.
  • Garnish with 2 tbsp sliced pistachios and silver paper.
  • Moong ki Daal ki Mithai is ready to serve.

    Castor Sugar 1 cup

  • Biscuit Crushed 2 cups
  • Ingredients to glaze
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Honey 6 tbsp
  • Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Rind for garnishing

How to make Spicy Honey Nut Cake

  • Beat together 4 eggs and 1 cup castor sugar. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice. Beat well.
  • Now fold in 2 cup crushed biscuits and 100 gm pistachio.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased oven proof tray and bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Method for Glaze
  • Cook 2 tbsp lemon juice, 6 tbsp Honey, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • Pour this mixture on top of cake, garnish with lime rind.
  • Spicy Honey Nut Cake is ready to serve.

Method

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Parsley / fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salad leaves as per need

How to make Vegetable Burger with Chili Mayo

Method for kebabs

  • In a bowl mash the boiled vegetables, add ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 50 gm butter, 2 tbsp flour, 6 green chilies chopped, and fresh coriander.
  • Mix well and make kebabs with this mixture, coat with egg white then corn flakes , fry in hot oil till they turn brown and crispy.
  • Method for chili garlic mayo
  • Ina bowl mix together ½ cup tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp garlic chopped, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chili powder, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp chopped parsley or fresh coriander.
  • Slice the bun lengthwise and toast on a flat pan. Spread some chili mayo garlic on one half of the bun. Place a kebab and top it with a salad leaf. Cover it with the second half.
  • Your burger is ready to serve.

How to make Lemon Herb Pasta

  • Heat oil, fry chopped garlic, add ½ cup milk and turn the flame low.
  • Add in cheddar cheese, salt and mayonnaise. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add 1 cup green onion, green coriander, butter and boiled pasta.
  • Also add black pepper, white pepper and lemon juice.
  • Spread basil leaves.
  • Lemon Herb Pasta is ready to serve.

How to make Mango Kulfi

  • Cook ½ litter of milk till boiling.
  • Add in sugar, cardamom powder along with corn flour dissolve in ½ cup of milk or water.
  • Cool and add khoya, mango pulp, kevra water, and a packet of cream. Beat with a beater.
  • Put this mixture in kulfi mould and freeze for 4 hour till firm.
  • Lastly garnish with pistachio.
  • Mango Kulfi is ready to serve.

  • Cook for 15 minutes on low flame and then turn the flame high, fry well.
  • Now add in milk, cream, almond, and cook for 10 minutes more.
  • Take out in a serving dish, garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.

How to make Begum Bahar Kali Masoor

  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till they turn light brown.
  • Now add 2 chopped Tomatoes 1 raw mango chopped, 6 Curry leaves, 1 tsp Cumin , 1 tsp Red chili crushed, ½ tsp Turmeric , 1 tbsp Coconut powder, ½ tsp Salt , ½ tsp All spice powder, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 4 Green chilies and 4 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves. Fry well.
  • Add 250 gm boiled whole red lentils and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the lentils out into a dish .
  • In a frying pan heat 50 gm butter, fry 2 cloves of garlic till they turn brown.
  • Pour this on top of the lentil.
  • Begum Bahar Kali Masoor is ready to serve.

  • Honey 2 tbsp

How to make Chicken Flatbread

  • Mix together ½ roasted and crushed cup peanut, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Thai chili paste, 2 tbsp Soya sauce and Salt to taste.
  • Marinate ½ kg Chicken boneless with this paste.
  • Now cook chicken in pan for 10 minutes.
  • Method for Sauce
    Cook together ½ cup Tomato ketchup, ½ cup Water, 1 tsp Dalda Cooking Oil, 1 tbsp Crushed garlic, 4 tbsp Chili sauce and 2 tbsp Honey.
    Now on Naan spread some sauce then 1 cup spread mozzarella cheese and then chicken. Spread roasted and chopped peanut and bake on 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
