In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and sauté 1 tbsp crushed garlic in it.
When it is fragrant, add ½ kg chicken mince and stir on high flame.
Then decrease the flame and add 1 cup boiled lal lobia.
Also add 2 tbsp Thai chili paste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ cup chili garlic sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 4 tbsp honey, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar and a packet of pasta. Allow simmering for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
Sprinkle ½ bunch chopped parsley.
Honey Chili Pasta is ready to serve delicious with Honey Chili Pasta.
Cut ½ kg brinjals into round slices and soak in salty water for some time. Then take out of the water and place on absorbent sheet. Now fry them in pre heated ½ cup oil and keep aside. Then add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds and 6 curry leaves and keep aside. When spice is fragrant, add ½ kg tomatoes, 2 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp grated coconut, ½ cup tamarind paste and ½ tsp salt and stir together. Then add fried brinjals, 6 green chilies and ½ bunch coriander and turn off the flame.
Soak 12 red chilies overnight. In a blender, add soaked chilies, 1 bulb of garlic, ½ cup tomato ketchup, 1 cup tamarind juice, 1 tbsp jiggery, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp slightly cooked cumin seeds and blend well.
In a pan, heat ½ cup and sauté 1 tbsp whole hot spices in it.
When spice is fragrant, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 100 grams plums, ½ kg chicken, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp cumin seeds and 2 tsp salt.
Stir together and then add a glass of water and allow to cook.
Then add 300 grams boiled grams, ½ kg rice and a glass of water and allow to cook on medium flame. In another cooking pot, heat 50 grams clarified butter and sauté 250 grams spring onions, 250 grams capsicum and 250 grams lobia ki phalli in it.
Also add 1 bunch of coriander, 1 bunch of mint leaves and 50 grams green chilies.
Top rice with vegetables and 1 tbsp rose essence and allow simmering for 15 minutes.
Delicious Hara Chicken Chana Pulao is ready to serve.
Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and fry 2 chopped onions in it. Crush onion with your hands and mix with yogurt. Add ½ kg chicken wings to the same oil and also add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 cardamoms, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp hot spices powder, ½ tsp mace, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp salt and /2 tsp turmeric powder. Stir together for 2 minutes. Then add yogurt and cover the pan to allow cooking on medium flame for 20 minutes. When wings are properly cooked, stir for some more time. Now add a cup of water, 4 green chilies and coriander as required and allow simmering on low flame.
