Then heat 100 grams butter and 2 tbsp oil in the same pan. Now add 250 grams yogurt, 1 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp red chili paste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp hot spices powder and stir together.
The add ½ kg boneless chicken and 4 green chilies and allow simmering for 10 minutes.
Marinate chicken stripes with 1 tsp garlic, 4 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp paprika powder, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp nutmeg powder and ½ tsp black pepper powder for an hour.
Then place in oven proof dish and bake in a preheated oven at 150 c for 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and mix with chopped parsley, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil.
Method for Pita bread
Mix 1 cup plain flour, ½ cup rice flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp oil and knead into fine dough. Put aside for an hour.
Roll portion of dough to make small rotis and bake in an oven proof dish at 150 c for 10 minutes.
Method for Tahini Sauce
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp sesame seeds, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp garlic paste and mix. Tahini Sauce is ready.
Method for pickled vegetables
In 2 cups vinegar, add a chopped cucumber, 2 green chilies, 1 beetroot, 1 onion and ½ tsp salt. Keep it preserved for 2 to 3 days. Mix with chicken as required.
Cut each pita bread into two halves and fill in chicken, pickled vegetables and tahini sauce.
On ½ kg mutton, apply ½ tsp salt, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp raw papaya paste, 4 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chopped coriander, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Leave it overnight in a refrigerator.
Dice 1 potato, 1 tomato and 1 onion. Add them to the marinated mutton 10 minutes before frying.
Onto each shashlik stick alternately thread a piece of mutton with the diced potato and onion. Roast the shashlik sticks on a frying pan or grill pan
When aroma is given off, add 1 tsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 onion, 2 green chili, 2 finely chopped boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped tomato and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Fry for 1 minute and then turn the stove off.
In a bowl add and whisk 1 cup cream, 8 eggs, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt.
In a frying pan add 2 tbsp butter, cook till butter melts, then spread the cream mixture on it. when the color of frittata change to brown then add 4 sausages, 2 spring onions, 6 basil leaves, 4 fresh red chili, 1 tsp of chopped red chili, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp garlic.
In the end sprinkle 1 cup of chedder cheese and close the lid for 10 minutes, then bake in oven.
