Chicken Makhni Pizza – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1/2kg
  • Milk powder 1/2cup
  • Yeats 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Water as required
  • For the topping
  • Mozzarella cheese 1cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1cup
  • Pizza sauce 1cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onions 1cup
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Olives 4
  • Oregano 1tsp

For the marinade

  • Chicken boneless 300g
  • Roasted cumin 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1tsp
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1tbsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  • Cream 2tbsp

How to make Chicken Makhni Pizza

1. In a bowl mix together 1/2kg all purpose flour,1tbsp yeast,1tbsps sugar, 1/2tsp salt,4tbsp salt,1/2 cup dry milk powder and water as required
2. Knead till a smooth dough is formed, cover and leave aside till the dough rises
3. With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough o form the pizza base
4. Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce on top along with1 cup mozzarella cheese
5. Then mix the 300g chicken with the green chili paste , 1tsp roasted cumin , 1tbso ginger garlic paste,2tbsp cream, 1tbsp butter, 1tsp crushed black pepr,1/2tsp garam masala powder and ¼ tsp salt .
6. Place the marinated chicken with the marinade in a pan , cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is tender
7. Now put the chicken pieces on the pizza base, along with 1 chopped capsicum,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato, and 4 olives. Finally top with1 cup cheddar cheese
8. Now sprinkle 1tsp oregano and place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180C.
9. Bake for 30 minutes

10. Chicken Makhni Pizza is ready to serve.

Garlic Chicken with Cardamom Rice – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 250 grams tomatoes
  • 1 cup boiled spinach
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili power
  • For preparing Cardamom Rice:
  • 4 cardamoms
  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • 50 grams butter
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

How to make Garlic Chicken with Cardamom Rice

  • Firstly, heat ½ cup oil and cook 1 chopped onion until they are soft.
  • Then add ½ kg boneless chicken, 1 tsp garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 250 grams tomatoes in it and stir it properly on high flames.
  • Then low flame and add 1 cup boiled spinach in it.
  • Also add ½ cup chili garlic sauce and 2 green chilies and allow simmering for 10 minutes.
  • To prepare cardamom rice, heat 50 grams butter in a pan and add 4 cardamoms in it.
  • Then add 2 cup boiled rice, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt in it and mix it properly and turn off the stove.
  • Garlic Chicken with Cardamom Rice is ready to serve.

Tortilla Pasta Salad – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

  • Boiled pasta 1cup
  • Chicken 200g
  • Chapatti 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Onions 1
  • Coriander leaves 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 /2tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil as required

How to make Tortilla Pasta Salad

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes then mix them together with 1/4tsp black pepper and 1/2tsp
2. Cook in a pan until the chicken is tender
3. In a separate pan fry the chapatti pieces
4. Take a bowl and add the chicken pieces, boiled paste, 1 chopped capsicum ,1 chopped cucumber, 1chopped tomato, 1 tsp coriander leaves,1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chili sauce,1 tbsp Soya sauce, 1/4tsp black pepper, 1/2tsp red chili powder and salt. Mix all the contents well
5. Lastly add the fried chapatti pieces.

6. Tortilla Pasta Salad is ready to serve.

Chicken Salsa Pasta – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients

    ½ kg chicken

  • ½ packet boiled pasta
  • 2 capsicums
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce

How to make Chicken Salsa Pasta

  • Mix ½ kg chicken with 1 tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt and keep aside.
  • In a pan, heat 5 tbsp oil and add ½ kg chicken to it. Cook in a covered pan for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • In a separate pan, sauté 1 tbsp finely sliced garlic in 2 tbsp heated oil.
  • When garlic is fragrant, add 2 capsicums, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes and 2 green chilies. Make sure all vegetables are finely sliced.
  • Then add 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tsp oregano and 1 cup tomato ketchup. Stir well and turn off the flame.
  • Take out noodles salsa and chicken on a serving platter.
  • Chicken Salsa Pasta is ready to serve.

 

Baked Tikka Sandwiches – Rida Aftab Recipe

    300 grams boneless chicken

  • 1 onion
  • 4 green chilies in vinegar
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • Ingredients for sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce

How to make Baked Tikka Sandwiches

  • To make sauce, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp chili sauce.
  • Cut 300 grams boneless chicken in small pieces and mix with 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil. Then grill chicken on a grill pan.
  • In a bowl, mix grilled chicken with 4 green chilies dipped in vinegar, 1 onion and 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
  • Now spread sauce on a bread slice and place grilled chicken. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Roast on a tawa or a sandwich maker and serve tempting Baked Tikka Sandwiches.

    4 chapatis

  • 300 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 large green chili
  • 1 sachet Maggi Umda Maza
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Oil for frying
  • For dressing:
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream

How to make Roly Poly Chicken

  • Mix 300 grams boneless chicken with ½ tsp red chili flakes, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and 1 sachet Maggi taste enhancer. Deep fry chicken in pre heated oil on medium flame.
  • In a bowl, add 1 finely chopped green chili, ½ cup tomato paste, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vinegar and mix.
  • Also add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh coriander, ½ tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp chopped garlic and mix.
  • On a chapatti, spread chicken filling and sauce and roll. Grease a tawa with butter and roast chapatti roll on it.
  • Roli Poli Chicken is ready.

    2 scopes vanilla ice cream

  • 1 glass milk
  • 100 gram cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • Cherries as required

How to make Napoleon Shake

  • Beat 100 grams cream in a bowl.
  • In a blender, add 2 tbsp chocolate syrup, 2 tbsp strawberry syrup, 1 glass milk and 1 tbsp sugar. Blend well.
  • Take out in serving glasses and top with ice cream and cherries.
  • Napoleon Shake is ready to serve.

 

Kurly Fries – Rida Aftab Recipe

    ½ kg potatoes

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Oil for frying

How to make Kurly Fries

  • Peel off the skin of ½ kg potatoes and cut into two pieces.
  • Cut into thin slices with a curly cutter and mix with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp rice flour. Put aside for 10 minutes.
  • Deep fry in pre heated oil on medium flame.
  • Tempting Curly Fries are ready.

    1 tin sweet corn

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 salad leaves
  • 1 tsp Maddi Umda Maza
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

How to make Rapid Fire Corn Salad

  • Finely slice a cucumber, an onion and 4 salad leaves and keep aside.
  • Now add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tin boiled sweet corn and 1 tsp Maggi Umda Maza.
  • Mix well and serve Rapid Fire Corn Salad.

    4 large mangoes

  • 4 cup cakes
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp butter

How to make Kids Mango treat

  • Cut 4 large mangoes into two halves and remove some pulp.
  • In a bowl, add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, ½ cup plain flour, ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder and 4 tbsp butter. Beat well with an electric beater.
  • Place mango in a cup cake and fill 2 tbsp prepared mixture in each. Keep in microwave oven for 3 minutes.
