Classic Macaroni – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients
- Macaroni Boiled 1 packet
- Chicken ½ kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Parsley chopped 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Capsicum chopped 1
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Butter 100 gm
How to make Classic Macaroni
- Heat 100 gm butter in pan, fry 1 tsp chopped garlic, then adds ½ kg chicken and fry well. Now 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp crushed red chili.
- Cover and Cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add 1 packet grated cheddar cheese, also add 1 chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
- Lastly add 1 packet boiled macaroni and mix well.
- Turn the flame off, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley.

Hara Masala Broast – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Chicken pieces 4
- Egg 1
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Oil (for frying) as required
- Ingredients for coating: Eggs 2
Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
How to make Hara Masala Broast
- Blend together 2 tbsp green chili paste, ½ bunch fresh coriander and ½ bunch mint leaves.
Marinate chicken pieces with 1 egg, ½ tsp black pepper, 4 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1 tsp chaat Masala, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp mustard paste, all spice powder and blended green mixture. - Leave it for 2 hours.
- Cook the chicken in steamer till tender.
- Now take out from steamer, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in fresh bread crumbs, now deep fry in hot oil till its color turn to light golden.

Hot Chili Tomato Sauce – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Tomatoes 250 gm
- Big red chili 6
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Jaggery 50 gm
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sodium benzoate a pinch
How to make Hot Chili Sauce
- Peel 250 gm tomatoes and cut into pieces.
- In a pan add in 1 cup water,chopped tomatoes , 6 red chilies, 6 garlic cloves and cook.
- Now cool the mixture and blend in a blender.
- Now put this paste in a pan, add 50 gm jaggery, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 cup tamarind pulp and ½ cup vinegar.
- Cook till it starts boiling.
- Now turn the flame off, add a pinch of sodium benzoate.
- Cool and fill into the bottle.

Frozen Strawberry Feez – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients:

250g strawberries
- 1 packet cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 packet strawberry jelly
How to make Frozen Strawberry Feez
- Place 250g strawberries, 1tin condensed milk and 1packet cream in deep freezer for freezing.
- Now put 1packet strawberry jelly in 2 cup of water, cook and put it into a serving bowl and place it in freezer.
- Now put freeze strawberries, condensed milk and cream in a blender jug and blend it well.
- After this put the prepared feez into the bowl, garnished with strawberry.

Mayo Potato Chicken Cutlets Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Chicken boiled 250 gm
- Potatoes boiled 2
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Capsicum chopped 2
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Oil as required
How to make Mayo Potato Chicken Cutlets
- In a bowl mix together 2 boiled potatoes and 250 gm boiled chicken.
- Now add ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 2 chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 chopped capsicum and ½ cup mayonnaise.
- Mix well and make small Kababs.
- Dip in beaten egg, coat fresh bread crumbs and shallow fry in pan.

Pineapple Pudding – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients:

1 egg
- ½cup fine flour
- ½cup sugar powder
- ½cup oil
- ½tsp baking powder
- ½tsp vanilla essence
For Topping
- 1 tin condense milk
- 1 pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- ½tsp vanilla essence
How to make Pineapple Pudding
For spong
- In a skillet add 1 egg, ½cup oil, ½cup sugar powder, ½tsp vanilla essence and ½tsp baking powder; beat all the above ingredients properly with the help of beater.
- Now add ½cup fine flour and fold it properly.
- Now grease the oven tray and pour the mixture and put it into pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.
For Topping
- In a blender add 2cup milk, condense milk, ½tsp vanilla essence and 4 eggs, and blend it well.
- Now take out the spong and add pineapple pieces.
- After this pour the prepared mixture and bake it again for half an hour.

Spicy Parmesan Meat Balls – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Beef ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Egg 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Tomato paste ½ cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Corn flour as required
How to make Spicy Parmesan Meat Balls
- Chop ½ kg beef with 1 chopped onion in chopper.
- Add in 1 egg, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ bunch parsley, ½ tsp salt and corn flour as required.
- Mix well and make small balls.
- Now in pan heat 4 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and fry well.
- Add meat balls and fry.
- Then add 1 cup water, cover and cook.
- Now add ½ cup tomato paste, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 capsicum, ½ tsp oregano and 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, sprinkle 1 tsp black pepper powder and serve with spaghetti.
Achari Gajar Gosht – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Meat ½ kg
- Carrot 250 gm
- Tomato 250 gm
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 4
- Curry leaves 6
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
How to make Achari Gajar Gosht
- Put 2 chopped onion, ½ kg meat, ½ cup oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 glass of water in a clay pot.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till meat is tender.
- Now add 250 gm chopped tomatoes, 6 curry leaves, 2 tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp onion seeds and 2 tsp fennel seeds.
- Fry well till oil comes on top.
- Add 250 gm sliced carrot and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 1 tsp all spice powder and 4 green chilies.
- Turn the flame off.

Coconut Butter Balls – Rida Aftab Recipe
Ingredients

Egg 1
- Cherries 1 cup
- Sugar 50 gm
- Desiccated coconut 100 gm
- Butter 125 gm
- Flour 125 gm
- Lemon rind 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Lemon essence ¼ tsp
How to make Coconut Butter Balls
- Beat together 125 gm butter and 50 gm sugar.
- Add 1 egg yolk, ½ tsp vanilla essence, ¼ tsp lemon essence and 1 tsp lemon rind. Mix well.
- Fold in 125 gm flour and knead to dough.
- Make small balls and press with thumb from centre.
- Dip balls in beaten egg white, top with cherry, put in an oven proof tray and bake in pre heated oven of 150 degrees for 35 minutes.
