1 cup sieved avocado pulp
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
How to make Raw Avocado Lime Pie
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, lightly beaten egg yolks, and salt; blend until mixture thickens. Stir in avocado pulp. Pour filling into pie shell.
- Chill pie several hours. Garnish with whipped cream, and serve.

Raw Veggie Salad Recipe
Raw Veggie Salad Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 cups chopped broccoli
- 3 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup sweetened-dried cranberries
- 1 cup raw Spanish peanuts
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
How to make Raw Veggie Salad
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, celery, peas and cranberries.
- Wisk together the sugar, salt, vinegar, grated onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Pour dressing over the salad; add nuts and bacon and toss well.

Raw Mango Sharbat Recipe
Raw Mango Sharbat Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of Raw Mangoes (Kairi)
- 2 cups of Mango Pulp
- 2 cups of Jaggery (Gur) (grated)
- 2 cups Sugar
- Seeds from 4 Cardamoms Pods (Ilaichi Daana) (crushed)
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 liters of Boiled Water
How to make Raw Mango Sharbat:
- Wash and boil the mangoes in water until soft. Cool, peel and remove the seeds.
- Add sugar and the grated jaggery and liquidize in a liquidizer.
- Mix the cardamoms with the mango pulp. Add the warm water and refrigerate.
- When serving, add a little cold water. Mix thoroughly and serve with salt to taste.
