Coffee Ice Cream Punch Recipe
Coffee Ice Cream Punch Ingredients:

1 gal. strong coffee, allow to cool - 1/2 gal, coffee ice cream
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
- Nutmeg or cinnamon
How to make Coffee Ice Cream Punch
- Blend coffee and half of the coffee ice cream to a fairly thick consistency.
- Chill in a punch bowl in refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, mix in ice cream balls made with the remaining quart of coffee ice cream and the vanilla ice cream.
- Top with heaps of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
- A refreshing change from coffee or tea for warm weather entertaining.
- Makes about 20 to 30 cups.

How to make Mock Champagne Punch
- To make Ice ring: Fill a ring-shaped cake pan to 1/2 with ginger ale. Freeze until partially frozen. At this stage you can place edible flowers, or pieces of fruit around

- 3 large oranges
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 liter club soda
- 2 (750 milliliter) bottles sparkling apple cider
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 trays ice cubes
How to make Sparkling Punch
- Thinly slice the lemons and the oranges and place in a large punch bowl. Pour in the thawed lemonade. Gently stir in the club soda and the sparkling apple cider. Add sugar to taste. Add ice.

- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 liters ginger ale
- 1 apple
How to make Apple Orchard Punch
- In a large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice. Stir until dissolved, then slowly pour in the ginger ale.
Thinly slice the apple vertically, forming whole apple slices. Float apple slices on top of punch. -

1 (0.13 ounce) package blue, berry flavored unsweetened drink mix
- 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle white cranberry juice
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
How to make Baby Blue Punch
- In a large punch bowl, stir together the drink mix, lemon-lime soda, and white cranberry juice. Taste, and stir in sugar to your liking. (I like to add the whole cup.) Float scoops of ice cream on the top. The ice cream melts somewhat and turns the punch a beautiful baby blue color with frothy white clouds floating on the top.

Floating Island Punch Recipe
Floating Island Punch Ingredients

2 cups water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 1 liter carbonated water
- 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
- 1 orange, sliced in rounds
- 4 cups ice
How to make Floating Island Punch
- Bring water to a boil. Add the sugar and boil until it becomes a syrup. Let cool.
In a punch bowl combine lemonade, orange juice, ginger ale, and carbonated water. - Mix in the sugar syrup. Add ice and sherbet. Just before serving add cherries and cherry juice and float orange slices on top.

Wassail Punch Ingredients

2 quarts apple cider
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 12 whole cloves
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
How to make Wassail Punch
- In a slow-cooker or a large pot over low heat, combine apple cider, orange juice and lemon juice. Season with cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer. If using a slow cooker, allow to simmer all day. Serve hot.
