    Up Side down Pineapple Pudding

    6 eggs

  • 1 packet cream
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 pineapple slices
  • 6 cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Up Side down Pineapple Pudding

  • In a blender, add 6 beaten eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet cream, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup caster sugar and 1 cup milk and blend.
  • Make caramel of ½ cup sugar and spread on a cake mould. Place 6 pineapple slices on it and allow to cool.
  • Then pour blended mixture on top and bake in a pre heated oven at 150 c.
  • Take out of the oven and place on a dish upside down. Garnish with cherries.
  • Up Side down Pineapple Pudding is ready to serve.

  • ½cup fine flour
  • ½cup sugar powder
  • ½cup oil
  • ½tsp baking powder
  • ½tsp vanilla essence

For Topping

  • 1 tin condense milk
  • 1 pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½tsp vanilla essence

How to make Pineapple Pudding

For spong

  • In a skillet add 1 egg, ½cup oil, ½cup sugar powder, ½tsp vanilla essence and ½tsp baking powder; beat all the above ingredients properly with the help of beater.
  • Now add ½cup fine flour and fold it properly.
  • Now grease the oven tray and pour the mixture and put it into pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.

For Topping

  • In a blender add 2cup milk, condense milk, ½tsp vanilla essence and 4 eggs, and blend it well.
  • Now take out the spong and add pineapple pieces.
  • After this pour the prepared mixture and bake it again for half an hour.
  • Pineapple pudding is ready.

    10 slices white bread

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup dried currants or raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream

How to make Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • Place bread on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 4 minutes; turn over and bake 4 minutes longer or until very light brown. Cut toasted bread into 1-in. cubes. Toss with melted butter; set aside. In a bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Add the pineapple, currants, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Fold in bread cubes.
  • Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.

  • 1 Tin Condensed milk
  • 50 gm China grass (a vegetable gelatin)
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

For Topping:

  • 4-5 Thinly sliced circular pineapple pieces

How to make Pineapple Pudding:

  • Boil normal milk and condensed milk together in a pan.
  • Soak china grass in 2 tbsp water.
  • Add it to the boiling milk and stir constantly for 10 minutes till china grass dissolves completely.
  • Mix crushed pineapple, vanilla and sugar.
  • Cook the pineapple on slow fire for about 10 minutes till the pineapple turns soft.
  • Cool pineapple and the milk.
  • Spread the pineapple in a pudding dish.
  • Gradually pour the milk in the dish.
  • Decorate it with thinly sliced circular pineapple pieces.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator till the pudding sets.
  • Pineapple Pudding is ready to serve.
