Paneer Noodles Pakora Recipe
Paneer Noodles Pakora Ingredients

100 gms pack maggi noodles
- 100 gms paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 cups water
- oil for frying
How to make Paneer Noodles Pakora
- Prepare maggi noodles as per pack instructions
- Add the paneer cubes and green chillies
- Mix besan, salt and water to from a smooth paste
- Add to the noodles mixture and mix well
- Shape the mixture lightly into small pakoras and deep fry in hot oil
- Serve hot with hot sauce

Prawn Pakora Recipe
Prawn Pakora Ingredients

Prawns – 500 gm
- Oil for frying
For prewash:-
- Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt and pepper – 1/2 tsp
For batter mix:-
- Besan(Kadalapodi) – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida(Kaayam) – A pinch
- Chilly powder – 1/4 – 1/2 tsp
- Rice powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – As reqd
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Water – just eough to make a thick batter
How to make Prawn Pakora
- Nicely wash the prawns and devein it.
- Add the prewash ingredients to the prawns and let it soak for 5 mins.
- Rinse it again so that the prawns are clean and free of any odor. Let it drain any water.
- Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for batter and make it into a nice smooth thick batter like pakoda.
- By the time, oil should be heated well in a pan.
- Slice the prawn into half, dip it in the batter and fry until golden brown(3-5 mins).
- Prawn Pakora is ready to serve.
Methi pakora Recipe
Methi pakora Ingredients:
- 1 Cup chopped methi leaves
- 2 Chopped onions
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Cups besan
- 1 tsp Mango powder
- 3 Cups oil
How to make Methi Pakora:
- Add water to besan and make thick batter.
- Add chopped methi leaves, chopped onions,turmeric powder, red chili powder, and mango powder to the besan batter and make a mixture.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry small portions of this mixture in oil till they turn brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
Stuffed Bread Pakora Recipe
Stuffed Bread Pakora Ingredients:
- 4 slices of large bread, remove the crust.
For stuffing:
- 1 medium potato boiled, peeled & mashed throughly.
- 1/2tsp. chilli pwd.
- 1/4tsp. black pepper pwd.
- 1tsp. chat masala
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 2tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriender leaves
- Salt to taste
For batter:
- 1/2cup besan
- 1/2tsp. ajwain
- 1tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chilli pwd
- Water 1/2 cup approximately
- Oil for deep frying
How to make Stuffed Bread Pakora:
- Mix besan, ajwain, salt, chilli pwd. & mix water small quantities at a time to make a smooth batter.Once it is smooth add water to make it little thin.Keep it aside.
- Mix all the ingredients of stuffing. Put 1 quantity of this mixture on 1 slice, spread it throughly & press other slice on top of it. Repeat it with other two slices.
- Heat the oil in karahi. Dip the bread in batter & fry it turning twice. Take it out on papper towel to remove access oil. With a sharpe knife cut it diagonally to make four pieces of each.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup. ENJOY
Gobi ka Pakora Recipe
Gobi ka Pakora Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1
- Besan flour – 2 cups
- Red chilly pwd – 1 tbsp
- Mango pwd – 1 tsp
- Cumin seed pwd – 1 tsp
- Garam masala pwd – 1 tbsp
- Coriander pwd – ½ tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
How to make Gobi ka Pakora:
- Wash Cauliflower and cut into small pieces.
- Take besan flour, red chilly pwd, mango pwd, cumin seed pwd, garam masala pwd, coriander pwd and salt.
- Add little water and beat the mixture to form a thin and smooth batter.
- Heat the oil.
- Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.6. Serve hot Gobi pakora with spicy green chutney or Tomato ketchup.
Noodles Pakora Recipe
Noodles Pakora Ingredients:
- 2 packets MAGGI Noodles (chicken)
- 3 teaspoons green chillies (chopped)
- 1/3 cup white cabbage (chopped)
- 1/3 cup onions (chopped)
- 1/3 cup green capsicum pepper (chopped)
- 1/3 cup spring onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder (dried and ground)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese (plain, cut in small cubes)
- 2 cups besan
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups canola oil
How to make Noodles Pakora:
- Boil MAGGI Noodles in 3 cups of water for 2 minutes. Add tastemakers and keep it aside.
- When cool, mix with green chillies, cabbage, onions, capsicum pepper, spring onions, dried chilli powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and cottage cheese cubes.
- Mix besan, a pinch of salt and water to form a smooth, thick batter.
- Add to the noodle mixture and mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok.
6. Shape the mixture into small pakoras and deep fry till golden brown.
How to make Chicken Pakora
Chicken Pakora Ingredients

Boneless Chicken (cubes) 500 kg
- Gram Flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
- Rice Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Plain Flour 2 tbsp
- Chopped Red Chilli 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
- Roasted Chopped White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Finely Chopped Onion Half Cup for half kg
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2 or 3
How to make Chicken Pakora
- Put gram flour, rice flour, corn flour and plain flour in a bowl.
- Then add chopped red chilly & chopped coriander seeds.
- Add white cumin seeds and salt in the above mixture.
- Add turmeric and then add egg.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Add the finely chopped onion, green chili and coriander leaves.
- Mix well.
- Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture.
- Deep fry every piece in low flame.
- Chicken Pakora is ready to serve.
- Chicken Pakora Tip: If the mixture is not coating the chicken pieces , add 1 – 2 tablespoon water.

Chinese prawn pakora Recipe
Chinese prawn pakora Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup prawns, shelled, deveined, washed and boiled
- 1cup gram flour
- 1 cup mustard oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 green chillies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1″ piece ginger
- 2 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt to taste
How to make prawn pakora:
- Grind the prawns, onion, chillies, ginger and garlic in a food processor.
- Add a little water if needed.
- Mix the above paste with the gram flour, soda bicarbonate, turmeric and chilli powders and salt.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter in the oil and fry till golden colour on both sides.
- Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves.
Chicken Pakora Recipe
Chicken Pakora Ingredients:
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken Pieces
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-2 each Chopped Green Chillies (Jalapeno)
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
How to make Chicken Pakora:
- Put everything but chicken and batter in blender and blend till fine
- Marinate the chicken pcs with the resulting mixture
- Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Put chicken in batter
- Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown Condiments
- Serve the chicken pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
Egg Pakora Recipe
Egg Pakora Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs (hard boiled)
- 3 tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
- Salt To Taste
- Red Chili powder to taste
- Little Black pepper powder
- Oil to fry
How to make Egg Pakora:
- Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.
- Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.
- In a bowl take gram flour salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown on medium flame.
- Serve egg pakora hot .
