Toffee Muffins

Toffee Muffins Recipe by Shireen AnwarToffee Muffins Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Caster Sugar 3 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Toffee Essence few drops
  • Salt a pinch
  • Flour 11 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter Scotch Toffee as required
  • Butter 4 oz

How to make: Toffee Muffins

  1. Within a bowl, Add melted butter eggs, caster sugar, and milk.
  2. Sieve together flour baking powder adds in salt.
  3. From the above mixture add the sieved mixture with essence, mix well place in paper liners stored in muffins tray spread with mixture.
  4. Then put crushed butter scotch toffee top with another tsp of muffin mixture bake on 180 D for 25 min.
  5. Toffee Muffins is ready to serve with tea.

    1 3/4 cups raisin bran cereal

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped peeled tart apple
  • 3/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

How to make Apple Carrot Muffin

  • In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, beat the egg, buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in apple, carrots and walnuts. Fill paper-lined muffin cups or cups coated with nonstick cooking spray three-fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.

    2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

How to make Lemon Muffins

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy.)
  • Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
  • Lemon Muffins is ready to serve.

    1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) package English muffin, split

How to make English Muffin Hors d Oeuvres

  • Preheat the oven’s broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread the cheese mixture over each English muffin half. Cut the muffins into quarters and place on a baking sheet.
  • Broil in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes.

  • 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

How to make Egg English Muffin Salad

  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise and mustard. Place English muffins cut side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, 1/4 cup egg mixture and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
