Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp sugar
1 dstsp vinegar
Method:
Mix all ingredients except oil in a china bowl. Pour in olive oil slowly from a height and continue beating till a thick smooth sauce is obtained.
