How to make Loaf Pound Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, grated lemon peel, and sugar for 1 minute. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat until thoroughly combined.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture.
  • Grease the bottom of a 9-inch loaf pan. Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan.
  • Loaf Pound Cake is ready to serve.

  • Slice bread horizontally into thirds; remove top section and set aside. Spread butter over the bottom and middle sections; sprinkle with the tarragon and cheeses.     1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup ketchup

How to make Meat Loaf

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5×9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

    1 French bread baguette

  • 1 (250 g) tub PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped

How to make Antipasto Loaf

  • Cut baguette in half horizontally; remove bread from center of each half, leaving 1 inch thick shells. Reserve removed bread for another use.
  • Mix cream cheese spread and pesto until well blended. Spread evenly on bottom of both baguette halves.
  • Top bottom half of baguette with tomatoes, artichokes, Parmesan cheese and spinach. Cover with second baguette half; press together firmly. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve or up to 24 hours. Cut into 25 slices to serve.

    1 large red bell pepper (or 1 prepared roasted red bell pepper – Trader Joe’s has a good product)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 6 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp prepared steak sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds ground veal

How to make Stuffed Meatloaf with Spinach and Red Bell Pepper

  • If you are using a fresh red bell pepper instead of an already prepared roasted red pepper, cook red bell pepper over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Wrap in paper bag and let stand 10 minutes. Peel, seed and slice pepper into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and toss until just wilted, about 2 minutes. Transfer spinach to small bowl. Add remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil to skillet, then onions and garlic; sauté until onions are tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer onion mixture to large bowl. Stir breadcrumbs, eggs, basil, ketchup, thyme, mustard, steak sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper into onion mixture. Mix in veal.
  • Place half of veal mixture in 9 x 5 x 3-inch metal loaf pan. Using back of spoon, make 1-inch-wide, 1/2-inch-deep canal lengthwise down middle of loaf. Lay half of red bell pepper strips in canal. Layer with spinach and remaining bell peppers. Fill pan with remaining veal mixture, pressing firmly.
  • Bake meat loaf until brown on top and thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F, about 50 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and serve.

Crispy Pizza Chicken Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices, buttered 25
  • Chicken, boiled and shredded 3 breast pieces
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 3
  • Capsicums, finely chopped 1 large, remove seeds
  • Chilli garlic sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chillies, finely chopped 4-5
  • Margarine 2 1/2 tbsp

Tomato sauce:

  • Tomato 5 medium, pureed
  • Green chillies, coarsely ground 4
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Garlic pepper hot sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter or cooking oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Chicken filling: In a saucepan, heat margarine and fry chicken on low heat for a few minutes. Then turn up the heat and add all vegetables and seasonings. Mix well stirring for a minute and set aside.
  • Tomato sauce: In a saucepan, heat margarine and fry garlic, green chillies and oregano together on low heat, then add all sauces and seasonings and cook on low heat for a few minutes. Add tomato puree, stir on high heat for four minutes. Cover the saucepan and simmer on low heat, till sauce becomes thick.

Pizza Loaf:

  • Grease a large baking tray. Spread slices of bread with chicken filling, and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and garnish with a few drops of hot garlic sauce. Set in the greased baking tray. Prepare all slices in this way.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or till the cheese melts and bread is a little crispy.
  • Serve hot with sweet and sour lasagne or pasta dishes.
