Sabudana Kheer Ingredients:

1 litre Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sago
- 1 tbsp Cashew nut
- 1 tbsp Raisins
How to make Sabudana Kheer
- Wash and drain sago and add to milk.
- Boil till milk thickens.
- Dissolve the sugar in water and add to the milk.
- Cook on medium heat stirring continuously, till thick.
- Add the cashew nuts and raising.
- Serve the cool saboodana kheer .

Cauliflower Kheer Recipe
Cauliflower Kheer Ingredients

450g/1 lb cauliflower florets, grated
- 600ml/1 pt milk
- 5ml/1 tsp ground cardamom
- 225g/8 oz sugar
- 50g/2 oz flaked almonds
- 50g/2 oz raisins
- 50g/2 oz desiccated (shredded) coconut
- 50g/2 oz pistachios, chopped
How to make Cauliflower Kheer
- Bring the cauliflower, milk and cardamom to the boil and simmer until the milk thickens.
- Add the sugar, almonds, raisins and coconut and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a bowl and serve sprinkled with the pistachios.

Sevai Kheer Recipe
Sevai Kheer Ingredients:

1/2 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- a pinch of saffron (kesar)
- 3 cups milk
- 2-3 teaspoons ghee
- silver foil for decoration
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamoms
- 0.25 inch stick cinnamon
- 1/4 tablespoon almonds
- 1/4 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 tablespoon cashew nuts
- 1/4 tablespoon pistachio nuts
How to make Sevai Kheer
- Wash the rice and drain on a cloth. Soak the saffron in one tablespoon of warm milk and keep aside. Blanch and slice the almonds, slice the pista and break the cashew nuts into small pieces. Clean the raisins if necessary.
- Heat the ghee in a cooker and add the raisins and cashew nuts. Fry until golden, remove and set aside.
- Add the rice and the whole spices to the cooker and fry for 1 minute. Add the milk, saffron soaked in warm milk and the water. Cook for a few minutes on moderate heat until the rice is done. Now add the sugar, and cook further on low heat until the sugar has blended and the mixture thickens. Remove from fire and allow to cool, if you wish to serve it chilled.
- When about to serve, add half of the nuts and mix well. Pour the kheer into individual bowls. Garnish with the rest of the nuts and raisins. Decorate with the silver foil.

Pineapple Kheer Recipe
Pineapple Kheer Ingredients:

Pineapple pieces – 3 cups ( very finely chopped )
- Sugar – 1 ¼ cups ( if the fruit is sweet )
- Coconut milk – 2 no:s 200ml cartons (You can substitute 2 cups medium coconut milk+1 cup thick milk )
- Sago – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cashew chopped – 2 tbsp
- Raisins – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Dry ginger powder – 1 tsp
How to make Pineapple Kheer
- In a pressure pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee, roast cashew pieces & raisins , remove, add sago & fry till they all puff up uniformly.
- Add pineapple pieces & ½ cup water.
- Close the cooker & keep the weight.
- After the 1st whistle comes, simmer the stove & cook for 5 mts.
- Cool, open & lightly mash for a uniform mixture.
- Add sugar , dissolve on a low heat, stirring well.
- Now add the second milk or 1 carton coconut milk mixed with 1 carton of water.
- Cook, stirring on medium fire.
- Add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder & first milk or one carton coconut milk & switch off the flame immediately.
- Mix very well adding roasted cashews & raisins.

Carrot Kheer Recipe
Carrot Kheer Ingredients:

6-8 Fresh carrots
- 1 Litre full cream milk
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp Saffron
- 5-6 Sliced almonds
- Some cashews
How to make Carrot Kheer:
- Wash the carrots and cut the edges.
- Cut the carrots into small pieces and boil it in a pressure cooker.
- In the meantime, boil the milk in a big vessel and leave it on very low heat.
- Place the boiled carrot & saffron into a grinder and make paste of it.
- Then add the carrot paste into boiling milk and keep it on normal heat.
- Stir the mixture continuously and add sugar (add additional sugar as per the taste).
- Add cardamom powder and stir well.
- Heat the mixture until boiling state.
- Now let it cool for sometime.
- Refrigerate it for cold serving.
- Decorate with cashews and sliced almonds before serving.

Dry Fruit Kheer Recipe
Dry Fruit Kheer Ingredients:

1/2 cup Almond (Badam)
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 tblsp Sugar
- 5 crushed Cardamoms
- a pinch of Saffron (Kesar), soaked in lukewarm milk
How to make badam kheer:
- Boil half a litre of water in a sauce pan . add the almonds when the water is boiling and cook for 2 minutes. remove from the flame and drain.
- Remove the skin of the almonds and grind to a fine paste.
- Boil the milk in a thick bottomed pan. when the milk begins to boil add the almond paste and the sugar and cook for 5 minutes over a low flame stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame.. add the dissolved saffron and the crushed cardamoms.
- Allow to cool and serve chilled.

Coconut Milk Kheer Recipe
Coconut Milk Kheer Ingredients

5 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup boiled milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp rice
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 5 pistachios crushed coarsely
- 10 almonds crushed coarsely
How to make Coconut Milk Kheer
- Bring to boil the coconut milk
- Add rice, and let it cook fully
- Add boiled milk
- Let the mixture be semi-solid
- Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves
- Add remaining ingredients
- Serve hot

Sooji Kheer Recipe
Sooji Kheer Ingredients:

Suji 50 gms
- Sugar 3 tblspoon
- Cardamom powder ( a pinch)
- Raisins 10
- Almonds slivered ( peeled and cut into small pieces
- Pistachios 10 cut into small pieces
- Milk 200 ml
- Two tblspoon Ghee ( or Oil , the flavour is nice with Ghee)
How to make Sooji Kheer
- Heat a fry pan on slow heat.
- Put the sooji ( Semolina) in it and dry roast it for few minutes, until it starts to change the colour.
- Add the Ghee ( Oil) and then mix it for 2 minutes. ( The Ghee can also be added in the beginning in step 2 along with Sooji ( Semolina). But if you add the Ghee later then you can manage with less amount of Ghee.
- Once done add the milk and mix it thouroughly so that there are no lumps.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Add the raisins, almonds, pistachios, and cardomon powder.
- Serve hot.

Banana Kheer Recipe
Banana Kheer Ingredients:
- 1 cup chana dal (8 ounces)
- 1 medium size ripe banana
- saffron to taste
- cardamon powder to taste
- sugar to taste
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- dry coconut flakes for garnish
- cashew nuts and raisins to taste
How to make chana dal banana kheer:
- Put 2 tablespoons of ghee in pan on medium heat.
- Add raisins and cashew nuts and roast lightly.
- Set aside for garnish. Boil chana dal and 2 cups milk until dal is over cooked (soft) so that it can be mashed.
- After this mixture is mashed, add evaporated milk, remaining milk, saffron, cardamon powder and sugar to taste.
- Add the cut banana pieces and boil all of this together to the desired consistency, stirring constantly to prevent milk from cooking over sides of pan.
- Garnish with coconut flakes, roasted cashew nuts and raisins. Serve hot or cold.
