Lobia Keema Recipe

  • ½ kg. minced beef
  • 200 grm. Lobia beans (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion (large size)
  • 6 tbs. oil
  • 6 whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)
  • 6 cloves (Laung)
  • 1 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera)
  • 1 tsp. coriander (Dhaniya) powder
  • 1 tsp. salt (according to taste).
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
  • ¾ tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste
  • 1 tsp. garlic (Lehsan) paste
  • ½ tsp. garam masala powder

Directions

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until light brown.
  • Add all the spices including yogurt and finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again.
  • Add 2 glasses of water cover and cook till meat is tenderized and the water dries.
  • Add Lobia and cook till the Lobia beans are soft.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with green chilies and Ginger (Adrak) slices and lemon juice.
  • Lobia Keema Recipe is ready to serve with naan.

Serving: 4 to 5 persons

  • Minced chicken meat – 500 gm.
  • Matar (green peas) – 200 gm.
  • Oil
  • Salt – to taste
  • For Curry:
  • Jeera (cumin) – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried red chilly- 2 (chopped finely)
  • Onion (pyaz) – 2 medium size (chopped finely)
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 heaped tbsp
  • Dhania patta (cilantro leaves) – 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Powdered masala(spices):
  • Haldi (Turmeric) powder – 1tsp
  • Jeera (Cumin) powder- 1 tsp
  • Dhania (Corriander) powder- 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder- 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala powder – 1 tsp (optional)

For matar:

  • Jeera – 1/4 tsp
  • Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
  • How to make Keema Matar
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Put jeera, tejpatta, dried red chilly in it.
  • When jeera begins to splutter, add onion to it and fry it till golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute for 2 minutes.

How to make Chicken Keema Matar:

  • Add all the powdered masalas and tomato and saute for 5 minutes, till masala starts to leave oil.
  • Add chicken keema to it and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt.
  • Add 2 cups water
  • Pressure cook on high till the cooker whistles.
  • Then reduce flame and cook for 18 minutes.
  • Let the pressure cooker cool on its own.
  • Put oil in a karaahi.
  • Add jeera, when jeera begins to splutter, add matar.
  • Saute for 2 minutes, then add the haldi powder, red chilly powder, and salt. Cover the karaahi.
  • Let the matar cook on slow flame for 7 minutes.
  • Put off the flame.
  • Open the naturally cooled pressure cooker, add the fried matar, close the cooker again and cook for 1 minute.
  • Put off the flame. Garnish with chopped dhania patta.
  • Serve with steaming rice or chapaatis

  • Minced meat – 200 grms
  • Ginger and Gralic paste : 10 tsp
  • Onion – 1 ( chopped)
  • Tomatoes – 1 ( Chopped)
  • Capsicum Pepper – 1 ( chopped) optional
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 handful ( Optional)
  • Salt – taste
  • Garam Masala – 2 tsp
  • poppy seeds – 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder – 2 tsp ( Or according to taste )
  • Green peas – 1/2 cup ( frozen ), can use fresh green peas, but have to cook it before adding to the dish.
  • Oil – To fry

How to make Aloo Matar keema Recipe:

  • Heat the oil and fry the onions, tomatoes and ginger and garlic , Fry till the raw smell disappears.
  • Then make it cool and then grind it into fine paste, by adding water.
  • If you are using coriander leaves, add it now and grind it into paste ( this is optional)

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 big sized onions, grinded coarsely to make paste
  • 1 tomato, grinded to make puree
  • 1 pinch of garam masala
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg keema:

  • Heat oil in a pan (preferably a non-stick).
  • Add onion paste and fry.
  • Add sugar, then add tomato paste.
  • Let oil separate from gravy, then add turmeric powder.
  • Stir well.
  • Add chili powder and coriander powder, fry till nice aroma comes.
  • Then add salt and garam masala.
  • Now add eggs one by one, stirring constantly.
  • Mix eggs well into the gravy.
  • Keep stirring without sticking to the pan.
  • When done, it will look like mutton kheema.
  • Serve with roti, phulka or dosa.

  • 1 kilogram Ground Beef (Keema) (lean & minced)
  • 3 medium Onions (finely sliced)
  • 2 medium Onions (cut in large pieces)
  • 125 grams of Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (split & de-seeded)
  • 25 grams of Garlic (Lehsan) (peeled & shredded)
  • A bunch of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped)
  • ½ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
  • ½ tsp. Cumin Seeds (Sufaid Zeera)
  • 60 ml of Plain Yogurt
  • 50 to 100 grams of Clarified Butter (Ghee) or Cooking Oil

How to make Keema Hari Mirch:

  • With the minced beef combine the plain yogurt , salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large pot and cook the sliced onions until they are brown in color. Add the minced mixture and saute well. Pour in about 400 ml of water in the mixture. Simmer until the water is half reduced. then add in the green chillies, onion chunks and garlic.
  • Continue cooking until all of the liquid evaporates and the meat is tender. Finally garnish with limejuice and coriander.

  • 1kg. minced meat (keema)
  • 1\2 cup ghee or oil
  • 3 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. ginger paste
  • 1\2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt or according to taste
  • 1\2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, coarsely chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 8 whole red chillies
  • Whole spices
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 inch piece cinnamon stick
  • 4 black cardamoms
  • 4 green cardamoms
  • 1\2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 bay leaves (tez patta)
  • 1 tbsp. coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies finely chopped (optional)

How to make Kharey Masaley ka Keema:

  • Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan, add 1 onion and stirring frequently fry until it is light brown about 5-8 minutes.
  • Remove onion from oil and set aside. In the same oil add minced meat, garlic and ginger paste.
  • While stirring, fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes or until it turns brown. Now add water, salt, whole spices, reserved onions, ginger and garlic. Cook over medium heat for 20- 25 minutes. Add little more water if it dries up quickly.
  • Beat yogurt until smooth. Add yogurt, brown onions, and whole red chillies to the mince mixture and stirring frequently fry until all the moisture has evaporated.
  • Garnish with green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with Nan.

  • ONIONS: 1 OR 2 MEDIUM SIZED
  • TOMATOES: 1
  • KEEMA: 500GMS
  • ACHAR: 1 TABLE SPOON(ANY)
  • OIL:TO FRY
  • SALT: TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER: 1 TEASPOON
  • GINGER & GARLICPOWDER FORM)ACC TO TASTE

How to make Achari keema:

First of all, slice onions, and add to the preheat oil, do not turn brown, then add keema to it, let it cook, till becomes tender and a little brownish in colour.Now add the sliced tomato and stir fry, also add the matar if you want. (it is better if you boil the matar before hand and then add it to the content). Now add, salt, black pepper, garlic and ginger. Toss a bit and add ketchup, stir fry and add achar. Now leave it for dum for about 5-7 minutes or when the mixture leaves oil..Aha.. your favourite achari keema is ready to serve..For best results, garnish with dhania(corriander) and eat it with nan.

  • Dal mash 1 cup
  • Mince 1 pao or 8 ozs
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger / garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • All spice 1 tsp Chilly powder 1 tsp heaped

  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled

  • Heat oil and brown onions. Add ginger /garlic and fry after that add mince and fry. When brown add haldi, chilly powder, salt, little water and fry. When it leaves oil, add dal and fry. Add enough water for dal to be soft. Add green chilies, coriander leaves and all spice and put on dum.

  • 1Kg Qeema
  • 1 Tea Spoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste
  • 3 Table Spoon Chopped Papaya
  • Crushed red Chilli 2 Table Spoon
  • Garam Masala 1 Tea Spoon
  • Salt As U Like
  • 2 Ingeer Crushed
  • 2 Kachri Crushed
  • 1 Small Piece Coal

How to make Kachri Keema:

  • Add All Ingredients In Beef(Not Coal)
  • Marinade for 2 To 3 Hours
  • Put 200 Gms Ghee In A Pan
  • Put Beef In That And Cook For Half An Hour
  • After Half An Hour
  • Take A piece of roti or naan and place it on the Qeema. Then put The Burned Coal on it and drop some oil on it. Quickly cover the pan.
  • Put The Lid On Pan For atleast 2 Minutes..
  • Then take the roti and coal out.
  • Garnish With Onion, Green Chilli, Julian Ginger & Mint Leaves & Lemon..
  • The Dish Is Ready To Eat.
