Ingredients:
- 500g Bread Mix
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or crushed
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
- Putting this pizza together takes around 20-25 minutes, including preparing the topping.
- Preheat oven to 220C, GM8
- Prepare the bread mix.
- Heat the oil in a sauce pan.
- Add the crushed garlic and fry gently for just a few seconds.
- Add the can of chopped tomatoes, reserving some of the liquid.
- Cover & simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- If you make this topping ahead of time, the flavors get even better Season.
- Grease a baking tray with oil.
- Spread out the prepared dough, right to the edges of the tray.
- Spoon out the tomato mix over the dough, as close to the edges as you can Sprinkle with the oregano and drizzle with the remaining oil.
- Bake in hot oven for 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot.
