    1 cup chopped pecans

  • 3/4 cup Irish cream liqueur

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar

How to make Irish Cream Bundt Cake

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over bottom of pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Mix in eggs, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup oil and 3/4 cup Irish cream liqueur. Beat for 5 minutes at high speed. Pour batter over nuts in pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then invert onto the serving dish. Prick top and sides of cake. Spoon glaze over top and brush onto sides of cake. Allow to absorb glaze repeat until all glaze is used up.
  • To make the glaze: In a saucepan, combine butter, 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup Irish cream.
  • Irish Cream Bundt Cake is ready to serve.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

How to make Creamy Irish Coffee

  • Place 4 cups of strong fresh coffee in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of sugar, or to taste.
  • Add 1/2 cup Irish Whiskey and heat thoroughly but do not boil. (Scotch, Bourbon or other whiskeys could be used.)
  • Meanwhile whip 1 cup whipping cream until light.
  • Beat in 2 tb each of sugar and Irish whiskey.
  • Pour coffee into mugs or goblets and pipe or spoon flavoured cream on top.

    2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1 white onion, cut into large chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Irish stout beer (e.g. Guinness®)
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

How to make Irish Beef

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Toss beef cubes with flour to coat, then fry in the hot oil until browned. Place the carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic in a large slow cooker. Place the meat on top of the vegetables. Mix together the beef broth and tomato paste and pour into the slow cooker along with the beer.
  • Cover and cook on High for 6 hours or Low for 8 hours. During the last hour before serving, dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and then stir into the broth. Simmer on the High setting for a few minutes to thicken.

  • 3-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 12 spearmint candies, crushed

How to make Irish Creme Chocolate Trifle

  • Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
  • With a meat fork or wooden skewer, poke holes in cake about 2 in. apart. Slowly pour creamer over cake; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
  • Cut cake into 1-1/2-in. cubes; place a third of the cubes in a 3-qt. glass bowl. Top with a third of the pudding, whipped topping and candies; repeat layers twice. Store in the refrigerator.
  • Irish Creme Chocolate Trifle is ready to serve.

  • 1 tray of frozen coffee ice cubes
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (fine-grained)
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla

How to make Frozen Irish Coffee:

Freeze some coffee in an ice-cube tray. Heat 2 tablespoons of milk in the microwave. Mix cocoa powder and sugar in the milk. The milk should be hot enough to melt the cocoa powder and add sugar to this mixture of milk and cocoa powder. Add the remaining milk to this sweetened mixture. Blend this mixture and add the coffee ice cubes to the blender, and blend it until it becomes smooth.
