Chikoo Milkshake Ingredients
- 4 Chikoos
- 1/2 liter milk
- 8 tbsp granulated sugar
- ice cubes
How to make Chikoo Milkshake
- Remove skin and seeds from chikoo and cube.
- Place cubed chikoo and sufficient amount of milk in mixer jar. Run mixer until smooth paste is obtained.
- Add rest of milk, sugar and ice cubes and run mixer for 15-20 seconds more.
- Serve chilled in tall glasses.
