1 kilograms Fish
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- One and a halfpod Garlic, peeled
- 8 Green Chillies, chopped
- 1 ” piece Ginger, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- One hundred gms Oil
- Salt in order to taste
- 2 teaspoon Fish Masala
- 1 Onion, reduce into rings
- One and a halfLemon, cut into wedges
Ingredients for Fish Masala
- 1 tsp Black salt
- One teaspoon Ajwain seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Peppercorns
- 1 tablespoons of Cumin seeds
- One tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- To make Fish Masala
Pound or even grind all the ingredients, sieve and store within an airtight bootle.
How to make Fish Tikka Kebabs
