Ingredients:

    Five hundred gms, any white flesh Fish, boiled as well as flaked

  • 1 Onion, grated
  • One teaspoon each of Ginger and Garlic, grated
  • Three slices of bread, soaked within water and squeezed dry
  • handful of Coriander leaves
  • 4 Green Chillies, minced
  • One teaspoon Dhania-Jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt and Chilli powder in order to taste
  • With regard to Curry
  • One hundred gms Onions, grated
  • One teaspoon each of Ginger as well as Garlic paste
  • 250 gms Tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • handful of Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • One teaspoon Dhania-Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt and Chilli powder to taste

How to make Fish Kofta Curry

  • Blend together all of the kofta elements as well as type in to round balls.
  • Deep fry to a gold colour.
  • Heat Four tblsp associated with ghee as well as fry the paste to some gold colour.
  • Add tomato plants and curd, spices and salt.
  • When the ghee oozes away, include 2 cups of water.
