One kg white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Oil with regard to frying
- Two sprigs associated with spring onion
- 1″ ginger
- Three garlic flakes
- 4 green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- One tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- One and a halfcup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- Salt as per taste
How to make Fish Fry
- Clean and Wash fish fillets.
- Cut into large bits of the actual fillets.
- Heat the oil with regard to frying. Place the fish pieces in the batter.
- Maintain for five in order to 10 minutes. Remove the pieces as well as move within bread crumbs.
- Heavy cook till it becomes golden dark brown. Function hot.
Fish Fry is ready to serve.
