- One and a half tbs olive or vegetable oil
- Two tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- Two tbsps sliced ripe olives
- Two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- One and a half tbs chopped fresh basil leaves
- One and a half tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 pint cherry tomato, reduce in to fourths (2 mugs)
- Freshly ground pepper
