    1/2 pound Dry Cannellini Beans or Other White Beans

  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Two Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • Three tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Two pounds Fresh Escarole, washed
  • Four quarts Cold Water or even Chicken Broth (much more if needed)

How to make Escarole and Bean Soup

  • Add 1/2 pound associated with dry white beans to some dish.
