Chinese Egg Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients:

4 Strips egg noodles
- 6 Spring onions
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 gm Baby corn
- 1 Cup beans
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tbsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Keep the noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes and drain it.
- Now cook it in salted water.
- Leave it for drying.
- Beat the eggs and cook it till it gets scrambled.
- Heat the oil and fry onions, beans and cooked onions.
- Add noodles to it.
- Stir fry it for 2 minutes.
- Now add soy sauce, salt and vinegar and stir fry for it 5 minutes.
- Egg Chow Mein is ready.
Vegetable Egg Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggs, beaten 2
- Hot garlic sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Green chillies, finely chopped 6
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Capsicums, finely chopped 3 large, remove seeds and pith
- Spring onions, finely chopped 5, use green part only
- Cabbage, finely chopped 1 1/2 teacups
- Basmati rice, boiled 3 teacups, spread out in a tray
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a small bowl, beat eggs with the two sauces, seasonings and green chillies. In a saucepan, heat oil. Add egg mixture and mix well on medium heat for a while. Add all vegetables, fry on high heat for a minute.
- Add boiled rice, mix well and cover with lid. Leave on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
