Easy Veggie Pizza Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup quartered cucumber slices
- 1 plum (Roma) tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
How to make Easy Veggie Pizza
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- If using crescent rolls: Unroll both cans of dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
- If using dough sheets: Unroll both cans of dough. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
- Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic powder until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.

How to make Easy Biscuits
- Combine and mix ingredients together. Pour out on floured waxed paper. Pat the dough out with your hands until dough is not sticky (add a little flour if necessary). Fold double. Cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes.

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make Easy Sugar Cookie
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

How to make Easy Home Made Cake Recipe
Easy Home Made Cake Ingredients

Plain flour – 1 and 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1 cup
- Egg – 1
- Refined oil or plain butter – 1/2 cup
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Milk – 1 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
How to make Easy Home Made Cake
- Beat the egg very well until it becomes lighter and looks like double the original quantity. (As you do while making omlete )
- Mix sugar and oil together and stir them pretty hard till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Add the beaten egg to this mixture. Mix well to blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Now prepare a mixture of plain flour (maida) and baking powder and sieve it to avoid any lump.
- Now gradually add this maida mixture, to the batter prepared by mixing sugar, oil and egg.
- Note: As you stir the mixture, it will become dense. Add some milk in small amount to make it smooth. Keep on repeating the process of adding maida and then milk as required, till batter is well blended (It should look fluffy/ soft).
- Add Vanilla essence to the batter and again blend thoroughly.
- Grease the baking tin (or cake tin) with oil and dust it by sprinkling maida over greased surface evenly.
- Note: Use baking tin of 6 inch in diameter, so that it can easily get into the pressure cooker.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking tin.
- Note: Baking Tin should be made of Aluminium
- Heat the presure cooker on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Caution: If baking tin comes into direct contact of the base of cooker, it can harm ( overbake ) the cake.
- Now put the cake tin containing the cake batter, inside on cooker dish.( Do not put water inside the pressure cooker)
- 1 Close the cooker lid and do not put the whistle on the lid.Lower the flame from high to low after 2 minutes.
- 1 Let it cook for 40 minutes, then switch off the heat. Do not open the lid immediately.
- 1 After 10 minutes open the lid to check whether the cake is done. Put a skewer inside the cake.
- 1 If the mixture will not stick on it, means that cake is done.

1 (125 ounce) package devil’s food cake mix with pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
How to make Easy Black Forest Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together: cake mix, beaten eggs, almond extract, cherry pie filling and 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Stir until just combined. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and let cool.
- To Make Glaze: Heat 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, butter or margarine, and milk in a saucepan over medium high heat. Once semisweet chocolate chips are melted and mixture is combined stir in confectioners’ sugar.
- Spread glaze over cooled cake. Serve cake as is or with whipped cream and a cherry.

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make Easy Pineapple Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking soda. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple, with liquid from can. Mix well to blend.

- fruit cocktail
- peaches
- pears
- mandarin oranges
- pineapples chunk
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
How to make Easy Fruit Salad
- Open all pineapple and oranges first, drain into small bowl and save juice. If using banana and apple, cut into bite-sized pieces and soak in pineapple/orange juice, set aside. Open other fruits and drain juice, saving for something else, Put them in a large bowl then drain apple/ bananas and add to fruit. Chill and serve. Sometimes I add chopped nuts and serve Cool Whip on the side. Mix small amount of juice back in to desired moistness.

4 cups young arugula leaves, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large avocado – peeled, pitted and sliced
How to make Easy Arugula Salad
- In a large plastic bowl with a lid, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, oil, vinegar, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover, and shake to mix.
- Divide salad onto plates, and top with slices of avocado.

Easy Ginger Chicken Recipe
Ginger Chicken Ingredients:

Cooked & shredded Chicken 500gms
- Dried Mushrooms 4 nos.
- Finely chopped onion 1 no.
- Chicken Stock ¼ ltr.
- Soya Sauce ¾ cup
- Fresh ginger,finely chopped 1 tbsp.
- Garlic clove, crushed 1 no.
- Vinegar 4 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Cornflour 1 tbsp.
- Sherry 1 tbsp.
- Tomato puree 1tsp.
- Pepper To taste
- Salt To taste
How to make Ginger Chicken
- Put the Soya sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, tomato puree, salt and pepper in a
saucepan. - Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for half an hour. Then drain, rinse and cut into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the chicken shreds. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the stock and the Soya sauce mixture, together with the cornflour mixed with sherry, to the chicken.
- Add the mushrooms and cook till sauce thickens slightly.
- Ginger Chicken is ready to serve.
