Royal Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Royal Chicken

    3 Chicken legs (about 450-500g)

  • 1/2 Brown Onion, cut into small pieces
  • 150g Carrot chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100ml Water
  • 1 tsp Cornflour mixed with 1 Tbsp Water

How to make Royal Chicken

  • Clean chicken legs, remove skin & fat. Chop into pieces.
  • Heat a little oil in a non-stick wok.
  • Stir-fry onion pieces until fragrant.
  • Add chicken pieces, carrots and seasoning ingredients*.
  • Cover, bring to the boil and simmer at low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Reduce liquid to less than 100ml with high heat, add cornflour mixture and stir to thicken.
  • Serve hot with rice.

Chicken With Vegetables Ingredients:

  • chicken(square shape)1 cup
  • carrot&cabbage1 cup
  • ajinomoto 12teasp
  • sugar 12teasp
  • soya sauce 2tablesp
  • cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • yakhni 1 cup
  • onion(square shape) 12 cup
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken With Vegetables

  • Boil all vegetables except for onion.
  • Heat oil add onionClick to find more about onion cabbage and carrot,now add yakhni salt sugar ajinomoto & soya sauce.
  • Now mix them and now add pate of cornflour and mix them well.

Palak Soup Recipe

Palak Soup Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups palak(spinach)
  • 1/2 cup onion(cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tea spn corn flour or maida
  • 2 tea spns butter
  • Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup milk(optional)
  • Salt

How to make Palak Soup

  • Heat 1 tea spn butter. When it melts, add spinach and fry for 1-2mins. Add 1 cup water and cook till spinach leaves become tender. Grind them into a smooth puree using mixer/blender.
  • Heat remaining butter and fry onions till they turn translucent. Now add spinach puree. Mix corn flour in milk or water and add this to the spinach mixture stirring continuously. Add salt and pepper. When it thickens to desired consistency, take off from heat.
  • Serve hot.
