Pineapple — One and a halfsmall
- Coconut — One and a halfcup, grated
- Green Chillies — 3, slit
- Rice Flour – 2 tsp
- Sugar – One tblsp (to taste)
- Salt in order to taste
- With regard to Seasoning:
- Ghee – 1 tblsp
- Cloves — Three
- Cinnamon — 1 inch piece
- Cardamoms – 3
- Bay Leaf — 1
- Pepper Powder – the pinch
How to make Pineapple Coconut Milk Stew
- Cut the actual thick outer pores and skin associated with pineapple having a sharp knife.
- Take away the eye and cut the actual pineapple in to small pieces.
- If the center is too difficult, dispose of. Or else cut which.
- To coconut gratings, include 1 cup boiling water, awesome, press to get “thick milk” and hang aside.
- Add One 1/2 — Two glasses of boiling water and cool.
- Go through a liquidiser, remove slim whole milk, discard gratings and set the second whole milk apart.

- Blend rice flour with the second whole milk, increase pineapple, include salt as well as simmer until pineapple is actually cooked and soft.
- Add heavy whole milk, pepper and simmer with regard to One to two moments.
