    Pineapple — One and a halfsmall

  • Coconut — One and a halfcup, grated
  • Green Chillies — 3, slit
  • Rice Flour – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – One tblsp (to taste)
  • Salt in order to taste
  • With regard to Seasoning:
  • Ghee – 1 tblsp
  • Cloves — Three
  • Cinnamon — 1 inch piece
  • Cardamoms – 3
  • Bay Leaf — 1
  • Pepper Powder – the pinch

How to make Pineapple Coconut Milk Stew

  • Cut the actual thick outer pores and skin associated with pineapple having a sharp knife.
