Dahi Vegetable Chops

  • Mutton Chops ½ kg

  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Allspice half tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Mixed Whole Spices 1 tbsp

How to make: Dahi Vegetable Chops

  1. Heat oil add whole spices.
  2. when brown add chops with above seasoning and yogurt fry well.
  3. Add 1 ½ cup water for chops to have tender when chops half done add tomatoes slice and peas potatoes.
  4. When vegetable tender, Sprinkle with coriander leave and green chilies.
  5. Dahi Vegetable Chops is ready to serve.

Beef Chop Soy Recipe by Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients

  • Cabbage (Slices) ½
  • Green Beans (Slices) 150 grams
  • Spring Onion 3-4
  • Onion (Chopped) 2
  • Carrot (Slices) 1
  • Ginger Garlic (Chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Cube 1
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Beef Chop Soy 

  1. Go on a cooking 3-4 tbsp of oil, heat the oil.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic, 2 chopped fry and onions for 1-2 minutes then add beef (under cut slices) combine it with a very high flame cook until its color is changed then add 150 grams of sliced green beans, 1 sliced carrot, 3-4 strands of spring onion fry for five-7 minutes in the high flame.
  3. Then add 1 chicken cube, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, enhance taste salt, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and also as required water and add ½ slices of cabbage mix it cook 2-3 minutes more.
  4. Now add 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolve in many water add slowly slowly to the beef mixture when its thick remove it within a serving garnish and bowl with spring onion.
  5. Beef Chop Soy is ready to serve, hot.

Kali mirch chops – Rida Aftab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp

How to make Kali mirch chops

  • Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp raw papaya, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp cumin for half an hour.
  • Now heat the clarified butter, add chops. Now cover the pan for 20 minutes.
  • Now fry it on high flame and add black pepper and turn off the stove.
  • Kali mirch chops is ready to serve.

    Beef ribs 1 lb

  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ground 2 tsp

How to make Beef Chops

  • Wash the beef pieces well and let it dry
  • Grind the cumin and black pepper
  • After an hour boil them in a large cooking dish adding 1 cup of water, closing with
    the lid, on high till the meat is tender
  • There should be little water left once the meat is cooked. If you find there is no
    water then add at least ¼ cup water and boil for a minute
  • In another frying pan pour 3 Tbsp of oil and fry the fennil powder lightly
  • Add the cooked beef rib pieces and mix well
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it fry mixing it often till the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot.
  • Beef Chops is ready to serve.

How to make Roasted Lamb Chops:

  • Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 tablespoon olive oil in large bowl. Add lamb; turn to coat. Let marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet over high heat. Add lamb; cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to oven and roast lamb chops to desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium-rare. Transfer lamb to platter, cover, and let rest 5 minutes.

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 brown onions, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 8 small lamb chump chops, trimmed
  • mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables (such as carrots and zucchini), to serve

How to make Oven Baked Lamb Chops:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk tomato sauce, wine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a jug. Place flour, sugar and salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a heavy-based, ovenproof pan over high heat. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes. Add capsicum and celery. Cook for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Coat chops in flour mixture. Add to pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until browned. Remove from heat.
  • Top chops with onion and mustard mixtures. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients for Fried Dahi Chops

  • Chops 8 (Pound Lightly)
  • Yogurt 2 Cups
  • Onion 2 (Finely Sliced)
  • Cooking Oil 1 Cup

For Paste To Coat The Chops

  • Garlic 4 Flakes
  • Ginger 2? Piece
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 Small Bunch

How to make Fried Dahi Chops

  • Fry the sliced onions in two tablespoons cooking oil till they get brown and crisp.
  • Coat the chops with the yogurt and masala paste.
  • Soak them for two hours.
  • Then heat six tablespoons cooking oil and fry the chops till they get tender and brown.
  • Garnish them with brown and crispy onions and serve hot.

Dahi Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chops 1 kilogram
  • Ginger/ garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly powder 1 teaspoon heaped
  • All spice 1 teaspoon
  • Onion fried 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

CURD MATERIAL

  • Curd 1 cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Zeera roasted and pounded 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  • Green chillies 2 chopped

Preparation:

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  • Add the cardamoms and onion.
  • When the onion is slightly golden in color, add the remaining gravy ingredients,except the water.
  • Stir and fry till the oil separates.
  • Add the water.
  • When it comes to a boil, gently lower the koftas or meat balls into it.
  • Simmer over a low heat till the oil floats to the top.

Meat Chops Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 boneless chops (lamb)
  • 1 clove garlic chopped

How to make Meat Chops

  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper and brown sugar in a small cup.
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook chops about 4 minutes on one side or until well browned, flip and cook a few more minutes to brown other side.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Cook garlic in pan to brown and then add soy mixture, letting boil rapidly a few minutes.
  • Add chops to pan and cook and turn in the sauce a few more minutes.
