Beef Chops Recipe

    Beef ribs 1 lb

  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ground 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp

How to make Beef Chops

  • Wash the beef pieces well and let it dry
  • Grind the cumin and black pepper
  • After an hour boil them in a large cooking dish adding 1 cup of water, closing with
    the lid, on high till the meat is tender
  • There should be little water left once the meat is cooked. If you find there is no
    water then add at least ¼ cup water and boil for a minute
  • In another frying pan pour 3 Tbsp of oil and fry the fennil powder lightly
  • Add the cooked beef rib pieces and mix well
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it fry mixing it often till the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot.
  • Beef Chops is ready to serve.

Lamb Chop Recipe

    3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 lamb chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced shallots
  • 1/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Lamb Chop

  • In a small bowl or cup, mix together the rosemary, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the lamb chops on both sides. Place them on a plate, cover and set aside for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place lamb chops in the skillet, and cook for about 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium rare, or continue to cook to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet, and keep warm on a serving platter.
  • Add shallots to the skillet, and cook for a few minutes, just until browned. Stir in vinegar, scraping any bits of lamb from the bottom of the skillet, then stir in the chicken broth. Continue to cook and stir over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has reduced by half. If you don’t, the sauce will be runny and not good. Remove from heat, and stir in the butter. Pour over the lamb chops, and serve.
  • Lamb Chop is ready to serve.

Mushroom Chop Suey Recipe

  • 2 cups Noodles (preferably whole wheat)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets (chopped)
  • 2 cups Mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Tomato Puree
  • ½ cup Fresh Basil
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste

How to make Mushroom Chop Suey:

  • Boil water in a large pot and add noodles and salt to it. Allow it to boil and then drain it.
  • Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Stir- fry garlic, spring onion, fresh basil, mushrooms and broccoli.
  • Add all the seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer until heated through.
  • Pour vegetable mixture over boiled noodles.

Serve hot.

Chicken Chop Suey Recipe

    ½ cup Chicken Breast (sliced)

  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Celery (chopped)
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Beans
  • ½ tsp Ginger (Grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ cup Chinese Cabbage
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • ¼ tsp Pepper (freshly grounded)


  • Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces to it.
  • Fry till chicken gets cooked and remove the pieces from oil.
  • Now fry chopped onions, celery, cabbage, ginger and beans in the same oil.
  • Add cooked chicken to the fried vegetables.
  • Cook it over medium heat till it turns soft.
  • Add soy sauce, cornstarch, a little water and a pinch of pepper to thicken the consistency.
  • Simmer over low flame for 1 minute.
  • Chicken Chop Suey is ready to eat. Serve with boiled rice.
