    1 egg white, softly beaten

  • One cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 mug sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cold brewed coffee
  • Only two teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup smaller semisweet chocolate chips


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 mug orange veggie juice

  • 1 tablespoon cider white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat grains flour
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • A couple of teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

How to make Chocolate Cannoli Cake

  • In a tiny bowl, blend the ovum white, ricotta cheese, sugar, caffeine and orange
    peel. Blend in chocolate chips; set aside.
