Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, green onions and capsicum.
- Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly.
- As the omelette cooks, turn over to cook the other side. Fold and serve hot.
