How to make Chilli Cheese Bread

  • HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inches. Reserve 2 tablespoons chilies for topping. Mix remaining chilies, the baking mix, onion, chili powder, milk, eggs and 1 cup of the cheese. Spread in pan. SPRINKLE with remaining cheese and reserved chilies. Drizzle margarine evenly over top.     2 cups Baby corn

  • 1 tbsp Maida (All-purpose Flour)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper Powder (to taste)
  • 1 Capsicum (cut into thick cubes)
  • 1 Onion (cut into thick cubes)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp Chili (finely chopped)

How to make Crispy Baby Corn:

  • Mix together maida, rice flour, corn flour, salt, lime juice, soy sauce and baby corn.
  • Add some water, if required, to bind the ingredients.
  • Deep fry the baby corn (coated with the maida mixture) until golden brown in color. Remove and set aside.
  • Place a wok on fire and heat oil in it.
  • Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chili and saut? well.
  • Add capsicum and onion cubes and saut? for 2 minutes.
  • Lastly, add in the salt, black pepper and fried baby corn. Mix well.

How to make Chilli Fish

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, or 1/2 tsp dried

  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic, crushed or paste
  • 3 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Butter or oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pasta
  • 3 cup boiled pasta
  • 3 finely chopped Spring onions, green part only
  • 4 Capsicums, cut into pasta size
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil

How to make Chilli Garlic Layer Chicken Pasta

  • Mix the marinade ingredients in a very bowl and marinate the chicken for 40 minutes.
  • Maintain refrigerator.
  • Heat butter, fry the chicken on high temperature till the chicken is
    cooked. Schedule.
  • Tomato sauce:
  • In the shallow saucepan, heat butter, fry garlic paste and oregano together on low heat.
  • Add tomato puree, basil, salt, hot chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce and
    chilli powder.

  • Peel sweet potatoes and discard skin. Using the vegetable peeler or a mandoline make long thin chips by peeling/slicing lengthwise from top to bottom. Place in a bowl of ice water and chill for 1 hour. Drain in a colander and layout on paper towels and pat dry.

  • (cut into 4 cm cubes)
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic pods(chopped) – 6 nos
  • Ginger – 5 cm piece
  • (cut into very thin pieces)
  • Fresh red or green chillies – 8 nos
  • (shredded)
  • Onions(large) – 2 nos
  • Curry masala powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt – As reqd
  • Chicken soup cubes – 2 nos
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Green chillies(slit lengthwise) – 5 nos
  • Tomatoes – 2 nos
  • (cut into thin slices)
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 15 gm
  • Lemon juice – 1 lime

How to make Chicken tikka chilli fry:

  • Heat the oil in a wok.
  • Fry the chicken until it is sealed, stirring frequently. Remove from oil and put in a pan.
  • Heat the butter in a wok and fry the garlic, ginger and chillies for one minute.
  • Add the onions and fry till they become brown in colour.
  • Add half of the curry masala powder and stir well.
  • Add the chicken pieces and salt and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Add the fried onions, soup cubes and water to the chicken and mix well. Cook till done and dry.
  • Add the green chillies, tomato slices and the remaining curry masala powder and sauté for three minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves with a squeeze of lemon juice.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ inch piece fresh ginger
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp hot chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups peanut oil

How to make Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken:

  • Remove all of the fat from the chicken and cut each breast into large 2 inch or so pieces and set them aside.
  • Peel and grate the piece of ginger and set it aside.
  • In a large cup mix together the hot water and honey. Stir thoroughly until the honey dissolves. Then add the lemon juice, hot chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce and stir until everything is well blended. Set this sauce mixture aside.
  • In a small cup mix the cornstarch with just a little bit of water to dissolve and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture making sure to coat them thoroughly.
  • In a large non stick pot or wok heat the peanut oil on high. Once the oil reaches 375 degrees, begin frying the chicken.
  • Add several chicken pieces at a time making sure not to over crowd the wok. Cook them for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain.
  • Once all of the chicken is cooked remove all of the oil from the wok except for 1 tablespoon. Heat this oil again on high.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the ginger and stir fry it for 1 minute. Quickly add the sauce mixture and bring it to a boil, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thick.
  • Add the green onions and chicken pieces and stir until all of the chicken is coated and heated through, about 2 more minutes.
  • Serve with either white or fried rice. Makes 3 servings.

  • 500-600gms. boneless chicken (cut into1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp corn flour / corn starch
  • 5-6 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 green onion tops (finely chopped), if available
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of ajinomoto (optional)
  • 2 cups chicken broth / water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Oil to fry

How to make Chilli Chicken Recipe Indian Style:

  • Take 1tbsp. Soya sauce, 1tbsp. corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • Now in a separate wok / kadhai heat 1 tbsp. oil and add garlic paste and green chilies and sauté for few seconds.
  • Add 2 cups of chicken broth or water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt , ajinomoto and remaining Soya sauce.
  • Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
  • Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve chilli chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops. Goes well with steamed / boiled rice.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 chicken drumsticks, skin removed

How to make Sweet chilli chicken:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the honey, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Set aside a small dish of the marinade for basting. Place chicken drumsticks into the bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange drumsticks on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. Baste frequently with the reserved sauce during the last 5 minutes

  • 500 g chicken, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 4 -5 cloves garlic
  • 2 -3 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil, and to fry
  • 4 -6 whole red chilies
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

How to make Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken:

  • Wash and dry the chicken pieces.
  • Cut into 1 inch sized cubes.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, salt, egg and 1 Tablespoon cornflour for 10 minutes.
  • Peel and crush garlic finely.
  • Remove stems, wash and chop the green chillies finely.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till light brown.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • De-stem and break red chillies into two.
  • Grind these alongwith vinegar in a blender to obtain a paste; keep aside.
  • Heat a Tablespoon of oil in a wok.
  • Add garlic and green chillies.
  • Stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Add sugar, black pepper powder and red chilli paste.
  • Add a cup of water.
  • Stir well.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Add the remaining cornstarch after dissolving it in half a cup of water.
  • Stir in honey.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot with Chinese fried rice or Vegetarian Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) (Recipe Number:44512).
