Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Flour for dredging
- Oil for browning
Method:
- Dip chicken in flour.
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in a small amount of oil.
- Pour water and bouillon cubes into pan along with lemon juice.
- Cover and cook on med-low until chicken is no longer pink inside.
- Taste sauce and add more lemon juice if desired.
- Remove cover and continue to cook until sauce has thickened.
- Serve with lemon slices,rice and a green vegetable.
