Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 cup spicy barbecue sauce/chilli sauce
  • 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp crushed red chillies

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place pizza crust on a baking tray and spread the crust with barbecue sauce.
  • Top with chicken, coriander, capsicum, onion, and both kinds of cheese.
  • Sprinkle the crushed chillies on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg cut into small cubes
  • Hot chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger / garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream cheese spread
  • Grated cheese 5 tbsp
  • Oregano pinch
  • Capsicum, finely chopped 1 large
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 2
  • Corn (boiled) 1 cup
  • Butter or oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Pita bread 5

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken in hot chilli sauce, ginger / garlic paste, black pepper, paprika and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Heat butter and stir fry the marinated chicken on medium heat. Add all vegetables and corn, mix well, and stir on high heat for 4 minutes.
  • Grease a large baking tray with cooking oil. Spread the pita bread with a little cream cheese on both sides. Add chicken filling on top.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c until it becomes crispy and light brown in colour.
  • Serve with tea, or cut in slices and serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough enough for 2 pizzas:

  • All purpose flour 1/2kg
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Instant yeast 1 1/2tbsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Lukewarm water or milk as needed

For Pizza Filling – Tandoori Chicken

  • Chicken boneless 1kg
  • Salt 1 1/2 or to taste
  • Lemon 2tbsp
  • Vineger 3tbsp
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Ajinomoto 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 4tbsp
  • Oil 2_3 tbsp
  • Red pounded chilli 2tbsp
  • Black pepper 2tbsp
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • yellow colour half tsp
  • Coal 1inch piece

For Pizza Sauce

  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Kethup 1/2cup
  • Garlic 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli pwd 1tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2tsp
  • White pepper 1/2tsp
  • Thyme pwd(ajwain)1/4tsp
  • Oregano pwd(saunf) 1/4tsp

For Pizza Topping

  • Tomato 2 (cut into square)
  • Lemon 1(slices)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Capcicum 2(cut into square)
  • Mozzarella cheese 1pkt (shredded)
  • Chedder cheese 1pkt(shredded)

How to make Tandoori Chicken pizza

Pizza Dough:

  • Add all ingredients (don’t dissolve yeast in water as its instant yeast)knead with lukewarm milk or water don’t knead with fist even rub with palm till sugar disolve When dough become in smooth form cover it with polythene bag set a side till 1hour.

For Pizza Sauce

  • Heat oil fry garlic add rest of all ingredients cook for 2 mins then add 2 tbsp water cook more 2mins
    Remove from heat let it cool.

For Pizza Filling

  • Mix all ingredients in chicken marinate for 1 hour bake at mark 4 or 180 degree for 40-45 mins.
    Steam with coal.
  • When dough rise well take half of dough spread on 12” pizza pan mark with fork now spread 3tbsp prepared sauce,spread baked chicken (make tiny pieces) sprinkle black pepper spread onion,tomatoes,capsicum.lemon slice sprinkle black pepper and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15min at mark 2.
    (pre_heat oven on mark 2 for 15-20 mins)
  • Serve Hot with salad and sauces.

Ingredients:

  • Large size pizza base 2
  • Chicken breast, boiled and shredded 2
  • Green chillies, finely chopped 4
  • Capsicums, finely chopped 3 medium
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 3, green part only
  • Black pepper, powdered 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pizza cheese, grated 4 tbsp
  • Chilli cheese 4 tbsp
  • Dried oregano pinch

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 240°C.
  • In a saucepan heat butter, add boiled, shredded chicken and salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add green chillies, black pepper and paprika, mix well and continue to fry. Add all vegetables, fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Grease a round baking tray lightly. Put the pizza base on it, spread the chicken mixture on it, sprinkle the two grated cheese on it generously. Sprinkle the oregano on cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes till pizza becomes crispy.
  • Serve hot.

  • 1 cup diced Cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 Pita Breads (6 inches)
  • 1/3 cup real Bacon Bits
  • 1 small Onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 small Green Pepper, julienned
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 can (4 ounces) Mushroom Stems and Pieces, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  • Combine chicken and barbecue sauce, spoon over pitas.
  • Top with bacon, onion, green pepper, chilies, mushrooms and cheese.
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Prep Time: Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
