- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Spring onions 250 grams
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Butter 50 gm.
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
How to make Butter and Black Pepper Rice
- In a cooking pot heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add 4 sliced clove of garlic and saute until garlic is fragrant.
- Now add boiled rice, spring onion, butter, crushed black pepper, salt and soya sauce, mix well together.
- Allow it to simmer for next 10 mins.
Butter and Black Pepper Rice is ready to serve.
