How to make Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Stir the chicken, cheese and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
  • Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
  • With the short side facing you, spoon the chicken mixture down the center of the pastry. Fold 2 opposite sides of the pastry to the center over the filling and press to seal. Place the pastry, seam-side down, onto a baking sheet. Tuck the ends under to seal.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Cut the pastry in quarters to serve.

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips

  • Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl. Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, and then roll in the flour blend. Repeat so that each piece of chicken is double coated. Refrigerate breaded chicken for 20 minutes.

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

How to make Restaurant Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
  • In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®)

How to make Baked Buffalo Wings:

  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking spray. Place the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt into a resealable plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add the chicken wings, seal, and toss until well coated with the flour mixture. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet, and place into the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Whisk together the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl. Dip the wings into the butter mixture, and place back on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, and crispy on the outside, about 45 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly.

  • 1 boboli original pizza crust (sauce included)
  • 1-2 boneless skinless chicken breast (depends on the size of the chicken breast, or how much meat you want on it)
  • 3/4 cup Frank’s red hot sauce (buffalo wing sauce)
  • 1 cup fancy shredded cheese

How to make Easy Buffalo Chicken Pizza:

  • Boil chicken in water till done.
  • Remove chicken from water, either can diced it or shred it, however you like.
  • In a small/medium bowl, dump chicken in bowl, pour sauce, to cover the chicken, toss it well.
  • Pour half of the packet of sauce (I normally like light on sauce, but you can use whole packet if you like), spread on crust.
  • Sprinkle and spread shredded cheese on.
  • Sprinkle hot sauce on top of cheese (or you can sprinkle on top of chicken once on there).
  • Spread buffalo chicken onto crust.
  • Bake in oven at 400 for 15 minutes.

  • 12 pieces lasagna noodles
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1 pound chicken breasts; skinned, boned, diced
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

How to make Buffalo Chicken Lasagna:

  • Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add chicken; saute 4 minutes. Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, hot sauce, vinegar and garlic salt. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and egg.
  • Set aside. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of the sauce over the bottom of the pan. Arrange 4 pieces of lasagna, 3 lengthwise, 1 widthwise, over the sauce. Cover with 1 1/2 cups of the sauce. Spread half the ricotta mixture on top. Arrange another 4 pieces of lasagna over ricotta, and top with another 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Spread remaining ricotta mixture on top. Arrange final 4 pieces of lasagna over ricotta mixture and cover with remaining sauce. Preheat oven to 350F. Cover lasagna with foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Uncover lasagna, sprinkle blue cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered. Cover and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
