Broccoli Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli Soup

    Spinach — 500 gms

  • Oil — One tblsp
  • Cornflour – One tblsp
  • Veggie Stock — Two cups
  • Salt — One teaspoon
  • Dark Pepper – 1/2 tsp, freshly floor
  • Cream – 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar Parmesan cheese – 4 tblsp, grated

How to make Broccoli Soup

  • Reduce the broccol into small florets.
  • Warmth the actual oil inside a skillet more than moderate warmth and saute the actual broccoli gently.
  • Mix the actual cornflour with a little stock in a dish till well combined.
  • Put within the remaining stock and blend nicely.
  • Add the actual blended cornflour towards the broccoli and prepare for around 10 minutes.
  • Add the actual salt as well as pepper. Eliminate through warmth.
  • Blend the actual soup and give it back to the skillet.
  • Place the skillet over reasonable heat as well as heat through.

  • 1 large bunch broccoli (about 5 cups), chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 7 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Broccoli Soup

  • In the saucepan, bring chicken broth to some boil. Add broccoli, onion and bay leaves.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender; remove bay leaves.
  • Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter.
  • Stir in flour to produce a smooth paste.
  • Gradually stir in milk.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot and thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Add 1 cup of broccoli stock to milk mixture; stir until well blended.
  • Gradually add remaining broccoli stock to milk mixture.
  • Heat and stir until well-blended.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
  • Broccoli Soup is ready to serve.
