    1/2 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

How make Baked Brie Puff Pastry

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Slice the wheel of Brie in half, horizontally, so that the halves are two, flatter wheels of Brie. Lay the puff pastry in the pie pan. Place half of the Brie (rind-side down) onto the pastry dough. Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top. Place the other half of the Brie (rind-side up) over the almonds. Bundle the pastry dough around the Brie.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Baked Brie Puff Pastry is ready to serve.

    1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese

  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 1/2 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg white

How to make Brie Cheese Appetizer

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • Slice one wheel of Brie cheese in half so you have 2 circles of cheese. Spread apricot or peach preserves on (the cut side) half of one circle of brie. Make sandwich out of the two halves of Brie, so that the preserves are in the center of both halves. Wrap the entire wheel of Brie with one sheet of puffed pastry and flip the entire concoction onto the prepared cooking sheet so the seam is on bottom. Brush the puffed pastry with the egg white.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pastry in golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

How to make Raspberry Walnut Baked Brie

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  • Lay the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet. Center the Brie wheel onto the pastry. Spread the jam evenly over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle the walnuts atop the jam. Fold the puff pastry over the top of the Brie, sealing all openings.

    1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

  • 1 (8 ounce) round natural Brie cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 48 water crackers or baguette French bread slices

How to make Crescent-Wrapped Brie

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll dough and separate crosswise into 2 sections; press dough into 2 squares, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Place cheese round on center of 1 dough square.
  • With small cookie or canape cutter, cut 1 shape from each corner of remaining dough square; set cutouts aside. Place remaining dough square on top of cheese round. Press dough evenly around cheese, folding bottom edges over top edges; press to seal completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush dough with egg. Top with cutouts; brush with egg.
  • Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet; place on serving plate. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.

  • 1 (26 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Entertaining Cracker Quartet Collection

How to make Holiday Brie en Croute

  • Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix egg and water.
  • Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 14 inch square. Cut off corners to make a circle. Spread preserves to within 1 inch of pastry edge. Sprinkle cranberries and almonds over preserves. Top with cheese. Brush edge of circle with egg mixture. Fold two opposite sides over cheese. Trim remaining two sides to 2 inch from edge of cheese. Fold these two sides onto the round. Press edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Decorate top with pastry scraps if desired. Brush with egg mixture.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 (13.2 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 1 (26 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Entertaining Cracker Quartet Collection

How to make Dried Cherries Pecans and Rosemary Brie En Croute

  • Thaw the pastry sheet at room temperature for 40 minutes or until it’s easy to handle. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Beat the egg and water in a small bowl with a fork.
  • Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 14-inch square. Stir the cherries, pecans, honey and rosemary in a small bowl. Spread the cherry mixture into the center of the pastry square. Top with the cheese round. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg mixture. Fold two opposite sides of the pastry over the cheese. Trim the remaining two sides of the pastry square to 2-inches from the edge of the cheese. Fold the sides up onto the cheese and press the edges to seal.
