Banana breakfast shake Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
How to make Banana breakfast shake:
- In a blender, combine the banana, milk, vanilla and almond extract.
- Blend for about 20 seconds (until smooth).
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (if desired).
- Freeze for several hours or overnight.
