Brunch Potato Casserole Recipe

    4 pounds new potatoes, skinned, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

How to make Brunch Potato Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place potatoes inside a large pan, fill with water to hide for potatoes, and provide a boil. Cook until potatoes are just soft. Drain, devote a large bowl.   • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make  French Toast Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  • Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. Inside a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and vanilla. pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine; let are a symbol of 10 minutes.

  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella

How to make Bagel and Cheese Bake

  • Place the bacon and onion in a large, deep skillet.
  • Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
  • Slice each bagel into 4 thin slices.
  • Arrange 6 bagel slices within the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover with the bacon and onion mixture, followed by the Cheddar cheese. Top with remaining bagel slices.

    1 pound cooked ham, chopped

  • 3/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 10 (7 inch) flour tortillas
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

How to make Brunch Enchiladas

  • Place ham in food processor, and pulse until finely ground.
  • Mix together ham, green onions, and green peppers. Spoon 1/3 cup of the ham mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese onto each tortilla, then roll up.

  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Combine cheeses; place 3 cups in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish and hang up aside.
  • In a medium skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and red pepper in butter until tender; drain.

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Overnight Blueberry French Toast

  • Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Arrange half the bread cubes within the dish, and top with cream cheese cubes. Sprinkle 1 cup blueberries within the cream cheese, and top with remaining bread cubes.
  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and syrup. Pour within the bread cubes. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
    Take away the bread cube mixture in the refrigerator about 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cover, and bake Half an hour. Uncover, and continue baking 25 to Half an hour, until center is firm and surface is lightly browned.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Mix within the remaining 1 cup blueberries. Reduce heat, and simmer Ten minutes, until the blueberries burst.
  • Stir in the butter, and pour over the baked French toast.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups croutons
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • pepper and salt to taste

How to make Charleston Breakfast Casserole

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high temperature until evenly brown.
  • Drain, crumble and hang aside.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Melt butter within the microwave, or in a little pan on the stove over low heat.
  • Spray a 9×12 inch baking dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in the bottom from the dish, and drizzle with melted butter.

  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
